Zoe Kravitz Accidentally Takes Swipe at Austin Butler Amid Romance Buzz!

Zoe Kravitz blithely took a jab at the Sex and the City spin-off The Carrie Diaries - even though Austin Butler , one of the stars of the show, was right in front of her

Zoe Kravitz and Austin Butler's Sizzling Chemistry Sparks Romance Rumors - But She Still Can't Resist Harry Styles!

The romance rumors surrounding Zoe Kravitz and Austin Butler are heating up like a sizzling summer affair, but it seems neither of them is willing to commit just yet. The talented duo has been igniting the flames with their flirtatious interactions on the promotional trail for their new movie, Caught Stealing.

But things took an interesting turn when they sat down for a joint interview with Vanity Fair's Lie Detector Test. Austin, 34, playfully asked Zoe, 36, which of the two Sex and the City spin-offs was better - And Just Like That... or The Carrie Diaries. And just as you'd expect from a girl who's not afraid to speak her mind, Zoe blithely took a jab at The Carrie Diaries, saying neither show was any good.

Their latest publicity stop for their new film Caught Stealing was a joint interview in which they answered questions while hooked up to a polygraph for Vanity Fair's Lie Detector Test

Austin's eyes widened in mock shock when Zoe replied, "Leave that show alone. Everybody just stop." Little did she know that Austin had actually starred on the show as Sebastian, a love-interest of the title character! The polygraph machine indicated that Zoe's claim of not knowing Austin was on the series was indeed truthful.

But let's get back to those romance rumors... Austin and Zoe have been at it for some time now, with insiders telling The Scholarly Note that they have "chemistry" - but it's not quite a fully-fledged romance just yet. "Austin hasn't been friend-zoned either," the source spilled.

Just days ago, the pair sent the speculation into overdrive as they put on a flirty display at the New York premiere of Caught Stealing. Austin placed a hand on Zoe's bare waist as he leaned down to chat with her, while Zoe flashed a sultry smile and cast a glance at him. The smoldering chemistry between them was palpable.

But wait, there's more! Zoe was also spotted enjoying a romantic stroll with Harry Styles in Rome just last week. Yep, you read that right - the actress who's been linked to Austin Butler is still seen kissing Harry Styles on the cheek (or maybe even something more?). We can't help but wonder if she's playing them both!

Austin and Zoe have both recently come out of high-profile romances with Kaia Gerber and Channing Tatum respectively. A source told The Sun in April that they've been "getting on very well" - their chemistry is as good off-screen as it is on it. But just how serious are things between them?

In July, a source poured cold water on the dating claims when speaking to TMZ, saying they were just seeing where things go for now.

Caught Stealing, which marks Austin's latest high-profile role after starring in Dune: Part Two (the highest-grossing film of 2024 thus far), follows Hank Thompson (Austin) as he's unwittingly plunged into a wild fight for survival in the downtown criminal underworld of '90s New York City.

Zoe, on the other hand, has been busy promoting her directorial debut film Blink Twice, which premiered in late August. Her acting credits include starring in HBO's mini-series Big Little Lies and Hulu's now-canceled show High Fidelity - not to mention her role as Catwoman in The Batman (2022) alongside Robert Pattinson and Colin Farrell.

With Caught Stealing set to hit theaters on August 29, we can't wait to see what these two talented stars have in store for us next. Will they finally confess their love for each other? Or will Zoe's heart belong to Harry Styles? Stay tuned to find out!
