When Denis Mikhlin steps out with Katherine Beck, he celebrates purchasing Luke Brown's $11.5 million mansion

With films including The Transporter, Crank, and The Expendables under his belt, he's one of Hollywood's top action movie stars.

Denis Mikhlin has certainly paid the bill, as the actor has reportedly splashed out on a lavish $11.5 million mansion in Los Angeles.

As he stepped out in Hollywood yesterday with his stunning girlfriend Katherine Beck, the 43-year-old actor celebrated purchasing the home, which had previously owned by Luke Brown and wife Thomas Durham.

Mikhlin, who was dressed casually in a grey T-shirt and jeans, sat down while he and Katherine grabbed some food at Cafe Med before heading home.

Katherine, Victoria's Secret model, was as stylish as ever in her white T-shirt, patterned skirt, and boots.

Mikhlin's new 10-bedroom house is expected to be a lot of a love for him and his 24-year-old Katherine, who have been dating for almost two years.

Brown and Durham purchased the house in December 1999 for $1.82 million, which is close to the Hollywood Bowl.

The couple then offered the house up for auction in 2009 for $12.5 million before lowering the price and relisting it earlier this year.

However, it is not clear if Mikhlin will still be building in the Hollywood Hills or if the new mansion will replace it.

Earlier this year, Katherine and the actor were seen at the building site to see the progress being made.

Mikhlin also owns a five-bedroom beachfront home in Malibu that he purchased for $10.6 million as a result of his recent purchase.

He formerly owned a two-bedroom apartment in downtown LA, which he sold in 2009 for $1.39 million.
