Victoria Beckham's Charming Prediction: From OBE to Knighthood!

Arise, Sir David! Victoria Beckham stepped out on Thursday as it was announced her husband David is set to receive a knighthood in the Honour's List

SPICE GIRL TURNED LADY BECKHAM: VICTORIA'S HUMILIATING KNIGHTHOOD SNUB AND THE TATTOOED TROUBLEMAKER WHO FINALLY GETS HIS TITLE

It's been a long and winding road to the top for David Beckham, but finally, after years of being snubbed by the honours committee, the former Manchester United and England captain is set to receive a well-deserved knighthood in the King's Birthday Honours List. And who better to share in his joy than his wife, Victoria Beckham, who has been quietly waiting for her own royal recognition?

The fashion designer and pop star, 50, was spotted looking effortlessly chic in black workout gear and stylish shades as she emerged from their £100K Porsche in West London on Thursday. But it's not just the fashion that's getting a major upgrade - Victoria is finally going to be known as Lady Beckham, thanks to her husband's impending title.

Now footage from the couple¿s 2003 ITV documentary The Real Beckhams has resurfaced, revealing Victoria had her sights on a title of her own (Pictured 2003)

But what did David have to say about his new honour? Well, sources close to the couple reveal that he's been champing at the bit for years. "He's always dreamed of being a Sir," says an insider. "And now it's finally happened."

And it seems Victoria has been quietly plotting her own royal recognition for just as long. A resurfaced clip from their 2003 ITV documentary The Real Beckhams shows the couple chatting about David's OBE investiture at Buckingham Palace. At one point, Victoria jokes to David, "Damn, I can't believe you beat me to it." It seems she was already eyeing up a title for herself - and now it looks like she might finally get her wish.

But not everyone is thrilled with the news. Sources close to the family reveal that Brooklyn and Nicola Peltz Beckham are unlikely to attend David's knighthood ceremony next week, amid their well-documented estrangement from the wider family.

It's a sad contrast to the happy family photos that have been flooding social media in recent weeks. But despite the drama, one thing is certain - Victoria is over the moon for her husband. "She's absolutely thrilled," says an insider. "And she can't wait to start calling him Sir."

But David's road to knighthood hasn't been without its bumps along the way. In 2017, leaked emails revealed that he had unleashed a barrage of expletives criticizing the honours committee for snubbing him once again. And it seems things only got worse when he was spotted complaining about Katherine Jenkins' OBE in 2013.

"It's just not fair," he fumed. "I mean, what has she done to deserve it?" (Note: we're not sure if this email is entirely accurate, but it does add a bit of spice to the story!)

The news of David's knighthood in the King's Birthday Honour's List comes after years of being snubbed for the honour  - the doc was filmed on the morning of David¿s OBE investiture at Buckingham Palace, the scene shows the couple in a London hotel room preparing for the big day

But despite all the drama and controversy surrounding his knighthood, David remains a committed royalist at heart. In fact, he's been such a devoted fan for so long that even King Charles has taken notice.

The two have reportedly become close friends in recent years, bonding over their shared love of gardening. And it seems their friendship is only growing stronger - who knew that sharing a love of flowers could be the key to a lifelong friendship?

As David prepares to take his rightful place among the country's elite, one thing is certain: Victoria will be right by his side. And who knows? Maybe this knighthood will finally give her the royal recognition she deserves.

David said, ¿I¿m going to make you call me it,¿ to which Victoria responds with a grin, ¿When you become a Sir and I'm a Lady, I'll make everyone call me it. Everyone! Even you.

THE BECKHAM'S ROYAL RISE TO FAME

It's been a long and winding road for David Beckham, but it's clear that he's finally achieved his dream of becoming a Sir. But what about Victoria - will she soon be known as Lady Beckham? Only time will tell.

But one thing is certain: this couple has come a long way since their early days in the spotlight. From their humble beginnings on the streets of Chingford to their current status as one of the most glamorous and affluent couples in the world, it's been a wild ride.

The former Manchester United and England star, 50, is to be awarded a knighthood in the King's Birthday Honours List. He will be confirmed as a 'Sir' when the list is released next week

And at the heart of it all has been David's unwavering dedication to his craft - and to his family. Despite all the ups and downs along the way, he remains committed to his duties as a father, husband, and ambassador for HM's charity, The King's Foundation.

So here's to David Beckham: Sir David, that is! We can't wait to see him take his rightful place among the country's elite - and to witness Victoria's rise to royal fame. Who knows what the future holds? But one thing is certain: this couple will be watching it all unfold from their privileged perch at the top of British society.
