The Secrets of Margot Robbie's Sizzling Figure Revealed!

Margot Robbie is on fire, folks! The stunning actress has been turning heads on the red carpet with her daring ensembles and sizzling physique, leaving fans and fellow stars alike in awe. But what's behind this Aussie beauty's incredible figure? Is it genetics, hard work, or a dash of magic?

We dug deep to uncover the secrets behind Margot's toned physique, and let's just say she's not afraid to spill the beans. The 35-year-old actress has been open about her approach to diet and fitness, sharing her love-hate relationship with moderation. "I'm not good at doing moderation," she confessed in an interview with Emirates Woman. "I get miserable if I don't eat. I can't just have a salad every day and a half a glass of wine every second day. I can't do it."

Margot looked incredibly toned and gym-honed on the outing, and remarkably, the outing took place just 11 months after welcoming her first child (pictured in 2019)

Margot's approach to diet is anything but conventional. In the lead-up to a big event or premiere, she goes on a strict "clean" diet, ditching saturated fats, fast food, sugary drinks, and chocolate. Her typical breakfast consists of porridge with blackberries or a green machine smoothie packed with kale and apple. Lunchtime means lemon chicken with brown rice or mackerel salad with tomatoes and cucumber. And dinner? Tuna steaks with sweet potato or a vegetable hot pot with rice noodles.

But don't think for a second that Margot's diet is all about deprivation. She confessed to loving beer, fries, burgers – the works! "I love indulging in unhealthy foods most of the time," she admitted. "But if I have to get into a bikini then I'll eat carrot sticks for three days." Talk about an extreme approach!

Now, let's talk about exercise. Margot is a fitness enthusiast who has spent countless hours honing her strength and building muscle mass. She's been open about how she trained for her role in the 2017 film "I, Tonya," where she played figure skater Tonya Harding. "I spent a lot of time in the gym trying to build muscle mass," she revealed. "But then I met the real Tonya Harding, and she told me to focus on my core strength instead."

The Oscar-nominee gave birth to a baby boy in October - she and husband Tom Ackerley have yet to reveal his name (pictured in August 2024)

Margot's workout routine is a far cry from the typical Hollywood approach. She loves intense cardio workouts, running, boxing, and leg exercises – but don't expect her to lift weights anytime soon! "I'm not a fan of lifting weights," she confessed in an interview with Women's Health. "But I do enjoy Pilates, dance classes, and playing tennis with friends."

Despite her incredible physique, Margot has been vocal about wanting to be strong, not skinny. Ahead of her role in "The Legend Of Tarzan," she explained that she didn't see the need to slim down for the part of Jane. "It's the 19th century – if she's got a bit of weight on her, it's probably a good thing," she said.

As Margot continues to slay the red carpet with her daring ensembles and stunning physique, we can't help but wonder: what's next for this Aussie beauty? Will she continue to push the boundaries of fashion and fitness, or will she take a step back and focus on her family?

The Barbie star previously opened up about her approach to diet, revealing she likes to indulge her sweet teeth most of the time but will eat clean in the leadup to a movie (pictured this week)

One thing's for sure – with Margot Robbie, there's never a dull moment. Stay tuned for more updates on this talented actress and her sizzling figure!
