"Her midface and cheek area is still pronounced, but not as much as it was before," he said. "She has definitely done something: either dissolved fillers or simply not added more fillers." Whatever the magic trick, Lauren looked absolutely stunning!

"Someone who is in their 60s and 70s and loses a lot of weight, you would expect them to look more drawn and have significant jowls and neck laxity," he said. "We are not seeing every angle of her in these photos, but she looks good, which does speak to some sort of facial rejuvenation."

The 69-year-old reality TV star unveiled her reported facelift in May, and while the results looked impressive, Dr. Levine wasn't entirely convinced.

"She still has platysma bands – visible vertical cords that appear on the front of the neck – and neck laxity," he said. "It could be that the early photos showed her before the swelling from the operation went down, or maybe it was the lighting, or perhaps something else was at work."

"She looks really good," he said, "but she has definitely built up her midface and her cheeks area. This looks flawless, which speaks to a combination of adding volumes with filler and also taking good care of her skin."

The 48-year-old actor was spotted at the wedding looking a bit weathered, but plastic surgeons are divided on whether he's had any cosmetic work.

"Orlando spent a lot of time looking like someone younger than his age," said Dr. Norman Rowe. "He doesn't appear to have used fillers or Botox, but he does look more drawn now than he did."
