The Royal Treatment: Kate Middleton Steals the Show at Windsor Castle

In a night of opulence and grandeur, Kate Middleton, the Princess of Wales, was the epitome of elegance as she attended a State Banquet at Windsor Castle on Wednesday evening. The 43-year-old mother-of-three turned heads in a jaw-dropping couture gold lace gown created by Phillipa Lepley, complete with the iconic Lover's Knot Tiara and earrings that once belonged to her late mother-in-law, Diana, Princess of Wales.

As she made her way through the castle's grand halls, Kate's beauty was on full display. Her skin glowed with a radiant complexion, courtesy of a flawless make-up look crafted by celebrity artist Collette Ruddy. "This make-up look strikes the perfect harmony between natural radiance and red-carpet glamour," Ruddy gushed to The Scholarly Note. "The flawless base gives her skin a healthy luminosity, while the soft contouring defines her features without looking heavy."

Kate Middleton's radiant make-up and long flowing bronde hair was a highlight of the evening

Kate's hair, too, was a showstopper. Her bronde locks cascaded down her back in soft, polished waves, framing her face with effortless ease. "This kind of styling is all about balance; refined enough for a regal occasion, yet subtle enough to enhance rather than compete with the ornate gown and jewellery," noted royal hairstylist Adam Oygur.

But it was Kate's dress that truly stole the show. The hand-embroidered Chantilly lace over silk crepe gown was a masterpiece of craftsmanship, featuring intricate hand-embroidered roses with couched gold cording and accented with French knots and satin-stitched blooms. And, as if that weren't enough, Kate also wore a sash featuring her royal orders, including the new Royal Family Order of King Charles III.

As President Trump and his wife Melania made their way through the crowd, all eyes were on Kate, who was described by experts as "stunning." "She's so radiant and so healthy and so beautiful," Trump himself gushed in his speech at the banquet. But it wasn't just Kate's beauty that turned heads - her make-up look was also making waves. Celebrity artist Iryna Khomyakova praised Kate's use of a lightweight foundation with a dewy finish, which enhanced her natural skin tone without looking too heavy.

But what really made Kate's look pop was the subtle play on neutral tones on her eyes. "The soft blend of eyeliner and gentle washes of neutral shadow created depth and light, while delicately fanned lashes opened and defined her eyes without ever looking overdone," Khomyakova noted.

As for Kate's hair colour, royal fans are going wild to replicate the look at home. According to Debbie Postiglioni, a freelance stylist and bayalage artist, Kate's bronde locks were "beautifully done and blended with baby lights." To get the same look, Postiglioni recommends asking your stylist for baby lights and a root colour if grey coverage is needed.

But what about Gustav Fouche, top hairdresser at Gustav Fouche Salon in west London? He was impressed by Kate's use of golden tones to create a soft, sun-kissed glow. "What stands out to me about Kate’s hair at the state banquet is that she’s definitely gone lighter, with warmer golden tones," he explained. "This works beautifully with her makeup in this image, while still complementing her eyebrows."

President Trump even described the Princess as 'so radiant and so healthy and so beautiful' in his speech

As for the tiara, Kate's go-to accessory was first made for Queen Mary in 1913 and gifted by the late Queen Elizabeth II to the late Diana, Princess of Wales upon her marriage to Charles in 1981. It's no wonder that Kate has worn it on multiple occasions since - after all, it's a family heirloom.

But what really caught our attention was Kate's decision to wear her hair down. "The decision for Kate to wear her hair down may help her look more youthful and more approachable," Postiglioni noted, while also maintaining her royal elegance and poise.

As the evening drew to a close, Kate proved once again why she's one of the most beloved members of the Royal Family. With her glowing make-up look, stunning hair, and effortless style, she truly was the queen of the night - and we can't wait to see what she wears next!

Experts praised Kate's beauty look, describing her make-up as 'flawless' and her hair as 'modern and effortless
