Tom Cruise Shouts at Michael Cera: Hollywood's First Encounters!

Michael Cera has revealed he was told off by Tom Cruise during their first meeting when they worked together at the MTV Movie Awards

TOM CRUISE'S HOT MESS: MICHAEL CERA REVEALS THE HOLLYWOOD ICON'S CRAZY BEHAVIOR ON SET!

In a shocking revelation, actor Michael Cera has spilled the beans on his wild encounter with Tom Cruise at the MTV Movie Awards. The Arrested Development star, 37, shared his surreal experience of working with the Hollywood icon, 62, during an appearance on Louis Theroux's podcast.

It all went down when Michael joined forces with Tom for a pre-taped funny skit at the coveted awards show. But things took an unexpected turn when Tom shouted at Michael to "shut up" during a take - and it wasn't just because he was being loud!

According to Michael, Tom Cruise is a force to be reckoned with on set. The star revealed that Tom "runs the set" like a dictator, making sure everyone knows their place. But even the most seasoned actors can get caught off guard when working with this intense A-lister.

"I came in and I did a little moment with him," Michael recalled. "It was surreal to work with Tom Cruise. He's very friendly... but he also expects everyone to be on high alert at all times."

Michael recalled the exact moment when Tom lost his cool: "I was talking to the writer, the guy who was writing these scripts. We were just kind of mumbling while they were shooting, but they could hear us. It was just like 40 feet away."

Tom's sudden outburst caught Michael off guard: "'Is that Michael Cera talking during a f*g take?' I think he was joking... but it was also like, 'do shut up, you know?'"

But here's the best part - Michael insists Tom was totally playing around, and they even had a good laugh about it afterwards. "He was like, 'I'm kidding, I'm kidding'."

This isn't the first time Michael has opened up about his experiences in Hollywood. The actor has spoken candidly about resisting franchises, including a globally recognized series of films that started with Harry Potter (but we won't name names... yet!).

Michael confessed: "It was a Harry Fantastic Beasts. I don't even know if I was offered, I think I just declined to engage with it because, I think it would be like probably six years commitment or something."

He explained his decision not to join the franchise, citing concerns about overexposure and losing control of his career: "I had a big fear of doing things that would get me too famous. I think that's changed a little... but I think that's what that was at that time."

So there you have it - Tom Cruise might be a Hollywood icon, but even he isn't immune to the occasional on-set meltdown!
