In a jaw-dropping revelation, TV personality and former Love Island contestant Olivia Attwood has exposed the astonishing transformation of a woman who has spent a whopping £250,000 on plastic surgery. The stunning before-and-after photos will leave you speechless!

Olivia, 34, hosted her ITV documentary series "The Price of Perfection" where she delved into the world of cosmetic surgery, exploring various themes such as weight loss, smiles, skin, and mummy makeovers. She even underwent some procedures herself to try out the wackiest treatments.

The TV personality and former Love Island contestant, 34, returned last month to host the second series of her ITV documentary Olivia Attwood: The Price of Perfection (pictured)

In one episode, Olivia meets Alicia, a woman who has undergone an extensive array of cosmetic procedures, including breast implants, lip filler, and rhinoplasty. As they flip through Alicia's scrapbook, Olivia gasps in shock at the drastic changes made to Alicia's appearance over the years.

The TV personality asks Alicia if she thinks her 18-year-old self had any idea how her life would turn out after all these procedures. Alicia nervously laughs and reveals that while some people knew her before the transformations, it wasn't a big deal because she was always outgoing, confident, and sexual.

Olivia's eyes widen as she questions Alicia about whether she has ever sacrificed other aspects of her life to afford these procedures. Alicia confidently replies that she prioritizes her health and looks over everything else, spending a lot on food and the best products for her body.

One particularly shocking moment sees her meet with a woman named Alicia (pictured), who has spent an eye-watering more than £250,000 on cosmetic surgery

When asked if she thinks she'll ever want to go back to how she looked before all the surgeries, Alicia is adamant: "No, this is so much fun! I just have such a fun life and I would never want it to change."

The former TOWIE star has previously spoken out about the alarming rise of injectable cosmetic procedures and the potential dangers they pose. In an interview with TheScholarlyNote.com, Olivia warned: "There are a lot of people injecting a lot of stuff into themselves, and when you ask them what's in it, they don't have the answer."

She referred to Lemon Bottle Fat Dissolving, an injectable treatment that allegedly combines Vitamin B2 and natural ingredients to accelerate fat metabolism. However, when Olivia asked professionals about the contents, many couldn't provide a clear answer.

Olivia Attwood: The Price of Perfection is available to stream on ITVX.

In related news, Olivia recently opened up about Kris Jenner's alleged facelift, which left fans stunned by her new look. She revealed that work has become so sophisticated that it's undetectable. "There are so many things happening on the surgery table like facelifts, fat grafting, and stem cells that are literally turning back the clock," she said.

Olivia is no stranger to cosmetic procedures herself, having undergone veneers, lip filler, and Botox. She confessed that her first boob job was a mistake, admitting: "Went too far, I went too big, also with my lips."

Her look nearly ten years ago (pictured), before all the procedures, is just completely unrecognisable compared to how she looks now

In a surprising revelation, Olivia shared that her husband Bradley Dack wouldn't have dated her before she had a boob job and lip filler. When asked if he would have been interested in dating her without the procedures, Bradley bluntly replied, "No." Olivia found this honesty refreshing, saying: "I got a big kick out of him being that honest... He's not PR trained so he is quite off the cuff sometimes."

Olivia Attwood: The Price of Perfection explores the world of cosmetic surgery and its implications. With its thought-provoking themes and jaw-dropping revelations, this documentary series is sure to spark important conversations about body image, self-acceptance, and the ever-evolving world of beauty standards.

In an interview with MailOnline last month, Olivia said: 'There are a lot of people injecting a lot of stuff into themselves and when you actually ask the questions about what's in them, they don't have the answer'. Pictured: Olivia on her documentary
