SHOCKING EXCLUSIVE: Billionaire David Geffen's Messy Love Life Exposed!

In a bombshell move, David Geffen's estranged husband, 32-year-old Donovan Michaels (aka David Armstrong), has dropped his explosive civil lawsuit against the billionaire media mogul. But don't think this is the end of the drama – far from it!

Geffen, 82, and Michaels' whirlwind romance has been making headlines for months, with allegations of a toxic relationship that's left many wondering how a young, charming go-go dancer could capture the heart of one of Hollywood's most powerful men.

On Monday, court documents obtained by Daily Mail show Michael's attorney Bryan Freedman — who also represents Justin Baldoni in his legal battle with Blake Lively — filed a motion to dismiss the suit without prejudice, meaning the case is being ended temporarily and Armstrong can refile at a later date

But it all started innocently enough. The two met in 2016 on SeekingArrangements.com, a website that connects people for "mutually beneficial" relationships. Geffen allegedly paid Michaels $10,000 for sex on their first night together, and over time, their paid affair blossomed into a romantic partnership.

The pair's Instagram-perfect relationship was the stuff of fairy tales – until the bitter end, that is. In his lawsuit, Michaels alleged that Geffen used a "toxic mix of seduction, control, promises of love, and lavish displays of wealth" to keep him in line. He claimed Geffen forced him to undergo painful laser treatments to remove all his body hair, and even flew into a rage over an ingrown hair.

But it gets juicier! Michaels also alleged that Geffen used their relationship as a way to show off his philanthropic side to his wealthy friends. "He would transport me across the globe as his private sex worker, under the guise of benevolence," Michaels claimed in court documents obtained by The Scholarly Note.

As for the financial conflicts - Michaels has previously claimed he’s entitled to community property - Freedman told TMZ on Tuesday that the issues will be resolved in mediation; (pictured 2023)

The complaint paints a picture of a controlling and manipulative relationship, with Geffen using Michaels' vulnerability to fulfill his own desires. "Geffen weaponized [Michaels'] tragedy not as a reason to offer genuine support, but as a grooming tool – casting himself as savior, white knight, mentor, and gatekeeper to a better life," the lawsuit states.

But what really raises eyebrows is Michaels' claim that Geffen used him as a "living social experiment" – a trophy to show off to his wealthy friends. "He would parade me around at high-society events, pretending I was some kind of prize he'd won," Michaels alleged in court documents.

And it's not just the emotional manipulation that's got everyone talking. There are also allegations of financial exploitation. In his lawsuit, Michaels claimed Geffen cut off his financial support after their breakup, leaving him without a home or basic living expenses. "Geffen would lavish me with gifts and attention when we were together, but as soon as we broke up, he abandoned me like I was nothing," Michaels alleged.

Court filings by Geffen in September show he’s willing to pay up to $50,000 a month in spousal support — but only for a year, and only if he gets credit for what he’s already paid

But don't just take Michaels' word for it – the numbers tell an even juicier story. According to court documents, Geffen has already paid out $400,000 in cash and expenses since their split, including a whopping $200,000 for rehab. That's on top of the $15,000-a-month Manhattan apartment he's been letting Michaels live in rent-free.

It's no wonder that Geffen is trying to put this mess behind him – fast! His team has filed court documents asking the judge to declare him single as soon as possible, citing the "irremediably broken down" state of their marriage. But will it be enough to silence the media storm surrounding his messy love life?

One thing's for sure: this is a scandal that won't go away anytime soon. Stay tuned for more updates on the drama-filled romance between David Geffen and Donovan Michaels!

Michaels claims he was 'awestruck by Geffen', a 'philanthropist' who 'talked the talk' when the younger man revealed issues 'during his underprivileged upbringing,' during the ill-fated couple's first meeting nine years ago. Side Note: Geffen's love life has been in the spotlight before, with high-profile romances including Jeremy Lingvall (41) and Jamie Kuntz (20). But this latest scandal is shaping up to be his most dramatic yet.

Update: In a surprising move, Michaels' attorney Bryan Freedman filed a motion to dismiss the suit without prejudice, which means the case can be refiled at a later date. Stay tuned for more on this developing story!
