Australian actress Teresa Palmer, 39, has been counting down the days until she welcomes her fifth little bundle of joy into the world! The beloved star took to social media on Monday to share a heartwarming photo with three of her mini-me's snuggled up on the couch next to her, showcasing her adorable baby bump.

The actress captioned the sweet family snap: "I'll be right here." And by the looks of it, she won't be alone for much longer! Teresa's post quickly racked up dozens of adoring comments from fans and well-wishers who couldn't help but gush over the growing Palmer family.
