Teen Star Owen Cooper: Youngest Male Emmy Winner in History!

Owen Cooper joined his parents in the smoking area after he made history becoming the youngest Emmy winner ever on Sunday night

EMMY SHOCKER!

Last night, Hollywood's biggest stars gathered for the 76th Primetime Emmy Awards, and we've got the juiciest scoop on the winners, losers, and all the drama that went down!

TEEN SENSATION OWEN COOPER MAKES HISTORY AT JUST 15 YEARS OLD!

The actor, 15, who shot to fame earlier this year in Netflix 's Adolescence, won Best Supporting Actor at this year's ceremony

Owen Cooper is the youngest actor to ever take home an Emmy award, and we're still reeling from the news. The talented teenager played a pivotal role in Netflix's hit series "Adolescence," which dominated the awards with a whopping eight wins!

As Owen accepted his award for Best Supporting Actor, he stunned the audience with his humility and gratitude. "Honestly, when I started these drama classes a couple years back, I didn't expect to be even in the United States, never mind here," he said, beaming with pride.

But what happened after the awards show was just as juicy! Owen's proud parents, Andy and Noreen Cooper, celebrated their son's victory by sharing a cigarette-filled moment of bliss. That's right; Mom and Dad were puffing on cigars in the designated smoking area, looking like they were on top of the world!

Owen's mum Noreen, who dazzled in a red over the shoulder gown, could be seen puffing on a cigarette as his dad Andy also lit one up

OTHER BIG WINNERS:

Stephen Graham stole the show with not one but TWO awards for his work on "Shōgun." The British actor took home Best Actor and shared a writing award with Jack Thorne. Talk about a night to remember!

Erin Doherty won Best Supporting Actress for her role in "The Crown," and we can't say we're surprised – she's been giving Queen Elizabeth a run for her money all season long!

Adolescence took home eight gongs in total - pictured left to right: Ted Sarandos, CEO, Netflix, Jack Thorne, Philip Barantini, Stephen Graham and Owen Cooper

But the biggest surprise of the night came when Richard Gadd took home not one, but TWO awards for his work on "Baby Reindeer." The talented actor won both Outstanding Lead Actor in a Limited or Anthology Series and Writing for a Limited or Anthology Series. We're still trying to wrap our heads around this impressive feat!

THE TRAITS TIE THE KNOT:

The reality competition show "The Traitors" tied the knot with no less than three awards, including Outstanding Reality Competition Program. Alan Cumming looked dashing as he accepted the award for his work on the show.

Owen has now landed back in the UK as he returns to school to continues his studies for his GCSEs after being given a week off to attend the awards

But what really caught our attention was the chemistry between the hosts – could they be more in love? We're shipping them so hard!

THE BEAR HUGGED IT OUT:

The cast and crew of "The Bear" dominated the comedy categories, with Christopher Storer taking home Directing for a Comedy Series. The talented team also won Writing for a Comedy Series for their work on "Hacks."

Adolescence, the story of a boy accused of murder after he discovers 'incel' culture online, has averaged around 45million views per month

But what really stole our hearts was Jeremy Allen White's heartfelt acceptance speech. The actor praised his co-stars, saying, "We're all just trying to make each other laugh and make each other better people." We're so here for this!

LAST WEEK TONIGHT WITH JOHN OLIVER:

In a surprise move, John Oliver took home the award for Writing for a Variety Series. We can't say we're shocked – the guy is a comedic genius!

Shogun earned a record-breaking 18 Emmys including one each for Anna Sawai and Hiroyuki Sanada

But what really caught our attention was his reaction to winning. The usually stoic host looked visibly moved as he accepted his award.

THE JUICIEST MOMENTS OF THE NIGHT:

  • Owen Cooper's adorable acceptance speech
  • Stephen Graham's emotional response to winning two awards
  • Richard Gadd's impressive double win for "Baby Reindeer"
  • The Traitors' shocking tie with three awards
  • Jeremy Allen White's heartfelt tribute to his co-stars

Elizabeth Debicki took home Outstanding Supporting Actress In A Drama Series for her role as Princess Diana in The Crown

It was a night to remember, folks! Stay tuned for more updates on the 76th Primetime Emmy Awards – we've got the tea!
