In a shocking turn of events, the daughter of Hollywood A-listers Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner has been roasted by a prominent author for her impassioned speech on the importance of mask-wearing during the pandemic. 19-year-old Violet Affleck took to the stage at the United Nations this week, calling out world leaders for ignoring the ongoing pandemic and prematurely dropping mask mandates.

'It stands to exacerbate our homelessness crisis, as well as the suffering of many people in our city.' Violet also called on public officials to invest resources in Personal Protective Equipment ahead of a potential future pandemic.
