On the latest episode of her podcast, Two Ts In a Pod, co-hosted by Tamra Judge, Teddi dished about the mysterious man who has captured her heart. "I'm dating someone," she revealed to listeners, painting a picture of a charming gentleman who is taking care of her during these trying times. "He's very kind to me, he's taking good care of me. He's nice, he's not married, he doesn't have any kids... but he's also a private person."
The mother-of-three has been tight-lipped about the identity of her new beau, even going so far as to ask his permission before sharing his name with her fans. "I asked him, 'Do I even say your name?' and he was like, 'It's really whatever you want to do.' I know you're a public person," she said with a hint of mischief.
This isn't the first time Teddi has teased about her romance; back in March, she hinted at seeing someone special, but it remains unclear if this new suitor is indeed the same person. During an interview on Erika Jayne's Diamonds in the Rough podcast, Teddi revealed that she had gone on a second date with the handsome stranger.
"I went on a first date pre-the [cancer] thing, and then I went on a second date yesterday actually," she shared with Erika. "He's really cute and nice." When asked if her doctors gave her the green light to start dating again, Teddi enthusiastically replied, "Yes!" before flashing a photo of her love interest to the Chicago actress.
Erika Jayne took on a protective tone, warning Teddi about the potential risks of getting involved with someone new. "Wait a second, okay... What are his intentions? Do I need to get on the phone with this fool?" she joked. Teddi laughed off Erika's concerns, stating that her mystery man didn't know about her reality TV past before their meeting.
"He doesn't know s*," she giggled. "But it's weird. He's like, so nice then I get panicked." Despite her initial reservations, Teddi confessed that the two dates had gone "really well" and revealed some interesting details about her beau. The 35-year-old events professional has seemingly won over Teddi's heart with his charming demeanor.
This new romance is a far cry from Teddi's tumultuous marriage to Edwin Arroyave, which ended in November after 13 years together. The couple shares three young children – Slate (12), Dove (5), and Cruz (10) – but have made it clear that they intend to move forward with their divorce.
A source close to the family told TheScholarlyNote.com back in May that Edwin was taking care of Teddi during her cancer treatment, while she stayed at their shared home. "Their divorce was on hold as Edwin was taking care of Teddi," they revealed. "She was staying at the home that they share together past several months... They have decided to progress with their divorce."
