Taylor Swift's Stalker Saga: Hundreds of Emails Expose Alarming Harassment

Taylor Swift has been granted an extension of her restraining order against the ex-con stalker who claimed she is the mother to his child, Daily Mail can exclusively report

TAYLOR SWIFT'S STALKER NIGHTMARE: EX-CON CLAIMS SHE'S HIS WIFE AND MOTHER TO HIS CHILD!

In a shocking turn of events, pop sensation Taylor Swift has been granted an extension on her restraining order against Jason Brian Wagner, the 45-year-old ex-con who's been stalking her for months. The temporary restraining order, which was issued on June 9 by a Los Angeles judge, has been extended until July 21, giving Taylor and her team more time to deal with this unhinged fan.

According to court documents obtained by thescholarlynote.com, Wagner has been claiming that Taylor is not only his wife but also the mother of his child. Yes, you read that right – he's alleging that the singer-songwriter is a mom! But what's even more disturbing is that he's been sending her lengthy emails and messages from behind bars, full of fabricated stories about their supposed relationship.

On June 25, Swift filed a request to reschedule the June 30 court hearing  to a new date since the docs stated that she needed 'more time to have the restrained party personally served'

The hundreds of pages of documents filed in court paint a picture of a stalker who's been obsessed with Taylor for years. Wagner has been claiming that she owes him, saying things like "You're my hero" and "I love you." But what's really creepy is when he starts talking about his past experiences as a foster child, claiming that he was held hostage as a slave and that his foster family found something in the mail that ruined their relationship.

One of the most alarming emails Wagner sent to Taylor's team was on February 26, where he wrote: "I don't want anybody having credit for my story I wrote them but I gave Taylor Alison Swift exclusive permission to do whatever if she's my Wifey...". Talk about delusional!

But it gets even worse. According to court documents, Wagner has been claiming that his phone and identity were stolen by others, using him as a pawn in their twisted games. He's also accused of lying to the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) to change the address on his driver's license to Taylor's Los Angeles home.

In the supplemental document filed June 27, there are hundreds of pages of emails and scenic photos from 2023 to present from Jason Brian Wagner to Taylor's team

Taylor claims that she's never met or communicated with Wagner and has always been clear about her boundaries. But this fan has refused to back down, showing up to her home uninvited and claiming that they have a relationship. He's even gone as far as carrying a glass bottle "that could have been used as a weapon" during one of his visits.

This isn't the first time Taylor has dealt with a stalker, unfortunately. She's had to deal with numerous fan-obsessives in the past, including one who sent twisted letters threatening to kill her. But this case takes the cake – an ex-con claiming she's his wife and mother to his child? That's some next-level crazy talk!

Thescholarlynote.com has reached out to Taylor's reps for comment on this latest development, but so far, there hasn't been any response.
