For the first time since his alleged altercation at a Las Vegas resort last week, Tarek emerged from hiding to join Christina, her new husband Ant Anstead, and his current wife Heather Rae El Moussa for a family photo shoot. The occasion marked a rare moment of unity among the blended family unit, which has been plagued by controversy and marital drama over the years. Christina, 41, took to Instagram to celebrate Taylor's milestone, writing: "Taylor we are so proud of you and so excited for you to head into the next stage of your life. Our beautiful, smart, incredible, bright light we all love and adore you." She added a tongue-in-cheek remark, referencing her own marital history: "We hope all the mistakes you've watched us make throughout your life help guide you to a brighter future."
But what really got everyone talking was Tarek's alleged behavior in Las Vegas. According to eyewitnesses, the HGTV personality got into a physical altercation with an elderly man at The Palazzo at the Venetian Resort, during which he allegedly drove his knee into the man's head, knocking him out cold! 🤯
Tarek was cited for the incident but miraculously avoided arrest. Sources close to the situation revealed that the 43-year-old reality TV star was defending his elderly father when the confrontation occurred.
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department confirmed that Tarek and another man were involved in a physical altercation at the resort, but no charges have been filed.
In a bizarre twist, Tarek's wife Heather Rae El Moussa, 37, was present during the altercation but had no involvement in the physical violence. The trio even stars together on HGTV's latest reality show, The Flip Off - a spinoff of their hit series Flip or Flop.
Christina, who has been married three times (Tarek from 2009 to 2018, Ant from 2018 to 2021, and Josh Hall from 2021 to 2022), took to Instagram Stories to thank her celebrity divorce lawyer Laura Wasser for helping her navigate the legal minefield.
