According to reports, the supermodel, 31, and her action star beau, 51, are gearing up for a lavish wedding reception with a massive bash held at their home in the Hollywood Hills.

The couple, who first met in 2010, became engaged in January 2016, with Stephanie giving birth to son John Gilmore Jr. in June 2017.
