SIZZLING SUMMER ROMANCE: BILLY RAY CYRUS AND ELIZABETH HURLEY GET COZY IN SCOTLAND

Country music heartthrob Billy Ray Cyrus is making headlines once again, but this time it's not for his hit songs or sold-out concerts. The 64-year-old singer was spotted smooching his new girlfriend Elizabeth Hurley in a romantic photo shared on Instagram.

The picture, which has left fans swooning, shows the couple passionately kissing in a picturesque field on the Isle of Mull in Scotland. The second-largest island of the Inner Hebrides provided the perfect backdrop for their love-filled celebration – Billy's 64th birthday, which fell on August 25.

They were celebrating his 64th birthday which fell on August 25. 'Thank you @elizabethhurley1 for the most unforgettable, magical, unbelievable birthday ever on the Isle of Mull ¿¿¿¿,' write the Kentucky native in his caption

But what makes this romance even more special is that it's been a whirlwind few months for the pair. They went public with their relationship in April, during Easter celebrations. And according to sources close to them, it's been a summer of love and laughter.

Elizabeth, 60, gushed about her relationship with Billy to The Mirror newspaper, saying, "Billy and I have had most of the summer off. We've seen both his daughters [Miley and Noah] play in London, which was great. He's very supportive and that feels nice."

The movie star also revealed that they've adopted two adorable tortoises together, adding a touch of whimsy to their love story. "We've just become a couple who adopt animals," she joked.

But what's truly heartwarming is Elizabeth's words about Billy's support during her life's ups and downs. She told The Mirror, "Billy and I have had most of the summer off. We've seen both his daughters [Miley and Noah] play in London, which was great. He's very supportive and that feels nice."

It seems like Billy has won Elizabeth's heart with his kind and caring nature. And it all started when they met on the set of their 2022 movie Christmas in Paradise. "We did very few scenes together but the couple times we were in the same scene there was a chemistry there," Billy revealed in an interview.

"We just laughed, and it was at a time I wasn't laughing a lot," he added, sharing that they had an instant connection. He even compared Elizabeth to his legendary friend Dolly Parton, saying she's "a very smart businesswoman" who reminds him of the country music icon.

This week Hurley said her relationship with Cyrus 'feels nice' because he's so 'supportive.' She revealed they've enjoyed a chilled summer together and adopted two tortoises

But what really caught Billy's attention was when Elizabeth sent him a supportive message after he went through a tough time following the breakdown of his marriage to third wife Firerose. He admitted, "I felt like: 'Wow, can life get any harder? Can it get any tougher?" But then Elizabeth reached out, and he said, "A friend reached out... Of all the people to reach out to me in that second that maybe I needed most... this friend who made me laugh."

It's clear that Billy and Elizabeth have found a deep connection, one that transcends their differences. And as they celebrate their love amidst Scotland's breathtaking landscapes, fans can't help but feel a little bit of magic in the air.
