Stallone's Wife Sparks Debate: Hollywood 'Nepo Babies' and Transgender Trends

Sylvester Stallone's model wife Jennifer Flavin, 57, shared her controversial theory for an alleged rise in transgender children of Hollywood stars on Sunday's episode of The Katie Miller Podcast; seen in February 2024 in NYC

SCANDAL ROCKS HOLLYWOOD: Sylvester Stallone's Wife Jennifer Flavin Spills Tea on Transgender Trend in Tinseltown

In a jaw-dropping revelation that has left everyone from Hollywood A-listers to social media influencers buzzing, Sylvester Stallone's wife of 25 years, Jennifer Flavin, has weighed in on the alleged prevalence of transgender children in the entertainment industry. And let's just say it's not exactly what you'd call " woke" or "enlightened".

During a recent episode of The Katie Miller Podcast (yes, that Katie Miller - the same one who was a former press secretary to President Donald Trump and communications director to Vice President Mike Pence), Flavin dropped some bombshell comments that have left many scratching their heads. And let's just say it's not exactly what you'd call "politically correct".

Flavin, who married Stallone in 1997, claimed that Hollywood nepo babies are lacking in 'structure,' which she saw as an explanation for the alleged trend; pictured together in March 2022 in Washington, DC

According to the model and businesswoman, who has been married to the Rocky star since 1997, Hollywood is simply too permissive when it comes to kids expressing themselves - even if they're identifying as cats (yes, really!). Flavin, 57, claimed that the lack of structure in these households is a major contributor to the alleged trend.

"I just think Hollywood is all about expression. So, you know, however you want to express yourself," she told Miller, who was also a former spokesperson for the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). "If you feel like a cat today, you're a cat. And it's so loosey-goosey."

But Flavin wasn't done yet - far from it. She went on to suggest that the immense wealth and privilege enjoyed by Hollywood stars is part of the problem. "Growing up in a Hollywood home, there's really no structure because you have this thing going, and you've got private planes," she explained. "And you've got all these giant homes with chefs and secretaries and assistants and housekeepers and nannies."

Flavin was speaking with Katie Miller (R), the wife of Donald Trump's homeland security advisor and deputy chief of staff for policy, Stephen Miller (L), who has reportedly been an architect of ICE raids across the country and National Guard deployments in cities including LA, Chicago and Washington, DC; seen together in April in Washington, DC

"It gets really confusing for little people," Flavin added, implying that the lack of boundaries and discipline is a major contributor to kids identifying as transgender.

But here's the thing - Flavin isn't exactly an expert on child development or psychology. In fact, her own daughters, Sophia, 29; Sistine, 27; and Scarlet, 23, have grown up in one of the most privileged households in Hollywood. So, what makes her think she knows more about this topic than, say, a child psychologist or a specialist in LGBTQ+ issues?

The model's comments have sparked outrage among many in the entertainment industry - especially those who have spoken out publicly in support of their transgender children. Robert De Niro, Cher, Jamie Lee Curtis, and Annette Bening are just a few examples of Hollywood stars who have proudly stood by their kids.

However, despite Flavin's claims that she's not "against" people identifying as transgender - but rather concerned about the alleged trend among children in Hollywood - her comments have been widely criticized for being insensitive and tone-deaf.

As it turns out, there isn't actually any data to suggest that the children of Hollywood stars are more likely to identify as transgender. It's simply a matter of visibility - after all, when you're a member of one of the most scrutinized industries in the world, every aspect of your life is under a microscope.

Flavin has been relatively quiet about her own politics over the years, but her husband Sylvester Stallone has been a vocal supporter of multiple Republican candidates - including President Donald Trump. However, it's worth noting that Stallone has also donated to several Democratic politicians, including former President Joe Biden.

In 2022, Flavin filed for divorce from Stallone after 25 years of marriage - but the two were back together just a month later. In an interview with The Sunday Times, Stallone admitted to having cheated on Flavin before they got married and said that he had a "reawakening" about what was truly important in life.

"I think growing up in a Hollywood home has really no structure because you have this thing going, and you've got private planes," Flavin continued. "And you've got all these giant homes with chefs and secretaries and assistants and housekeepers and nannies."

"It gets really confusing for little people," she added, implying that the lack of boundaries and discipline is a major contributor to kids identifying as transgender.
