Get ready for a juicy dose of celebrity drama! Tori Spelling, the iconic star of Beverly Hills, 90210, and her estranged husband Dean McDermott are in hot water with a bank, owed a staggering $395,000 from an unpaid loan dating back to 2012!

According to a lawsuit filed by City National Bank last week in Los Angeles, the former power couple initially borrowed $400,000 to cover some unknown expenses. However, as the years went by, they failed to make timely payments, leaving them in debt for over $188,000 by 2016! The bank was forced to file paperwork with the court, stating that Spelling and McDermott had violated their agreement.

Fast-forward to May 22, 2017, when a judgment was issued against the couple for a whopping $220,088.37! Can you believe it? And if that wasn't enough, in 2019, the bank won another judgment against them, this time for over $400,000!

But wait, there's more! Tori Spelling was ordered to pay $219,796.66, while Dean McDermott was hit with a bill of $202,066.10. These two are in deep trouble, folks!

So, what's the reason behind this financial fiasco? Well, according to court documents, Spelling and McDermott separated on June 17, 2023, citing "irreconcilable differences" as their reason for splitting. And get this – Spelling is now seeking sole physical custody of their five kids (Liam Aaron, Stella Doreen, Hattie Margaret, Finn Davey, and Beau Dean) while McDermott wants joint legal custody. Talk about a messy divorce!

But despite all the drama, McDermott seems to be taking things in stride. He recently posted an Instagram Story where he's wearing a T-shirt that says "Stuck between Namaste and Kiss My A." When asked how he was doing amidst all this chaos, he replied, "This is where I find myself living a lot...I try to go more to Namaste and not so much to kiss my a, but I wanted to share this." And in a surprise move, he ended the video by telling his 138,000-plus followers that they're "all f*ing rock stars!"

Spelling, on the other hand, has been trying to keep her head above water. Just last year, she contemplated starting an OnlyFans account to pay for her kids' college tuitions! Talk about a desperate measure!
