"It's all about making healthy choices," Partier tells TheScholarlyNote.com. "Sofia is a big believer in fueling her body with nutritious food, and it shows! She looks amazing for her age."
But what about love? Sofia has been single since her divorce from Joe Manganiello in 2024, but the actress isn't exactly panicking. In fact, she's learned to appreciate being alone and is in no rush to find someone new.
"I'm not really in a hurry anymore," Sofia told TheScholarlyNote.com. "I've been single now for a year and a half, and I kind of panicked once I got divorced. But now I'm like, 'You know what? I'm 52, what's gonna happen?'"
Despite her relaxed approach to dating, Sofia does have some non-negotiables when it comes to her ideal match. "I want somebody that has as much money as me or more," she confessed on the Today show. "Because if not, it's a nightmare. They end up resenting you."
And what about celebrity love? Sofia has been open to dating another famous face, but only if they're willing to put in the effort. "I mean, it's already hard for a 50-something-year-old woman to find someone," she told People. "I'm not going to be now picky about, 'Oh, he can only be a doctor. Oh, he can only be an astronaut.' No, I mean, I'm not that picky."

And when it comes to fashion, Sofia knows her body shape all too well. "I know there's a style," she explained. "I know my body shape. I am not a model. I don't need to be wearing over-the-top fashion, just to be in."
