In a shocking turn of events, legendary Welsh crooner Sir Tom Jones has been forced to cancel his show in Bremen, Germany just hours before taking the stage! The iconic singer, who is known for his powerful voice and energetic performances, took to Instagram to announce the cancellation due to health reasons.

According to sources close to the singer, Sir Tom has contracted an upper respiratory infection that requires "treatment and rest". The 85-year-old music legend apologized to fans in a heartfelt statement, revealing that he's devastated to have to cancel the show at the last minute. "I know this is really disappointing and will cause inconvenience to you all, and I'm very sorry about that," he said.

But don't worry, Tom Jones fans! The Sex Bomb singer has promised to reschedule the show for Monday, July 28th, and all tickets will remain valid for the new date. Fans have been quick to send their best wishes and hopes for a speedy recovery to Sir Tom on social media.

One fan wrote: "Please take care of yourself. Rest and get through this moment well. I will pray for you. I wish you the best of health and many years of joy." Another added: "Sending you loads of feeling well wishes, Sir Tom. Stay safe!"

This isn't the first time Sir Tom has faced health issues. Last year, he revealed that he had undergone a second hip replacement surgery after his first operation in 2017. He's also spoken about having to sit down for most of his performances due to his age and health.

But despite these challenges, Sir Tom remains a force to be reckoned with on stage. As he told The Scholarly Note.com in an exclusive interview last year: "I am more vigorous than ever! Well, thank God my voice is still working. I am 83 years old... but it's true!"

Sir Tom has been touring the UK and mainland Europe with his current tour, and fans are eagerly awaiting his return to the stage. With his rescheduled show date set for July 28th, it looks like Sir Tom will be back in action soon!
