Simon Cowell Unleashes His Gym Secrets: The Man Behind the Perfect Torso

Simon Cowell made sure he had his workout equipment in hand as he arrived at the America's Got Talent set in Pasadena, California on Wednesday

SPOTTED: Simon Cowell Brings His A-Game to America's Got Talent Set

The king of sharp tongues and even sharper abs, Simon Cowell, arrived at the America's Got Talent set in Pasadena, California, on Wednesday, looking like a million bucks. And why not? The 65-year-old music mogul has been working hard to get his body back in shape after a terrifying bike accident in 2020 left him with a broken back.

Simon, who previously revealed that he does a whopping 100 push-ups every day to achieve the perfect torso, was spotted arriving at the set, clad in his signature dark grey, fitted T-shirt and baggy cut-off shorts. Talk about confidence! The music mogul has certainly come a long way since his days of being a bit... rounded.

Sources close to Simon have revealed that he's been working tirelessly to overhaul his lifestyle, ditching late-night TV binges and Netflix marathons for regular exercise and a strict sleep schedule. And it seems like all the hard work is paying off! Simon has lost over 20lbs since his accident and looks better than ever.

But don't just take our word for it - Simon's got the goods to prove it. The music mogul revealed in an interview that he does exercises at home and even sneaks them in during meetings at the office. Yes, you read that right - this guy is so dedicated to his fitness regime that he'll even do push-ups in the middle of a meeting! "I'd do 100 press-ups before I get in the bath in the morning," Simon revealed, "then at work after a meeting, I'll shut the door and do more."

Despite being a busy judge on America's Got Talent, Simon made time to greet fans who had been patiently waiting outside the studio in the blistering sun. And let's be real - he probably deserved it after all that hard work in the gym.

The latest results from the show were revealed on Wednesday night, and we've got the scoop! Acts Micah Palace, Mastermind, Jessica Sanchez, and Chris Turner made it through to the semi-finals, but unfortunately for fans of Jacqueline & Wagner, Austin Brown, Maceo Harrison, Benn Family Band, Messoudi Brothers, Girish and the Chronicles, and Anna Saranina, their journey on America's Got Talent has come to an end.

But don't worry - the competition is heating up, and we can't wait to see what's in store for the top 12 acts who will be competing on September 16. They'll be joined by three new acts that won over America's hearts last week - Bay Melnick Virgolino, blues guitarist Leo High School Choir, and dance troupe Unreal.

In other Simon Cowell news, the music mogul shared a rare photo of his adorable son Eric, 11, as they filmed backstage at America's Got Talent ahead of the quarter-finals. The proud papa posed alongside his mini-me, who was sporting a bright blue jersey with the show's logo printed across the front. Simon even brought along his pet chihuahua, Daisy, for good measure.

He has stated in that past that his training regime consists of doing exercises at home and in his office

But what really caught our attention was when Simon revealed on This Morning that he's terrified of giving Eric a mobile phone too soon. "I'm very worried about how much kids can see at a certain age," Simon confessed to Jeff Brazier. "I grew up... learning things at the right time, the right age, etcetera etcetera. I just would be petrified of him having access to anything that would really worry me."

We can't say we blame him - being a dad is tough enough without having to worry about our little ones getting their hands on social media!
