Shocking Claims: Scott Wolf’s Ex-Wife Accuses Police of Brutality During Involuntary Hold
SCANDAL ROCKS HOLLYWOOD: Scott Wolf's Estranged Wife Kelley Claims Police Abuse, Reveals Shocking Injuries!
Get ready for a juicy tale of celebrity drama! Kelley, the estranged wife of actor Scott Wolf (think Party of Five and Varsity Blues), has just dropped some bombshell allegations against the Summit County Police Department. And trust us, it's getting REAL.
Kelley, mom to three mini-mes with Scott - Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11 - took to Instagram on Saturday to reveal that she was placed under an involuntary mental health hold AGAIN... and this time, she claims the police got a little too rough!
Sharing a gruesome photo of her bruised arm, Kelley alleged: "I was held for 7 days and they tried to keep me for 90. I will not be quiet anymore. I cannot be quiet anymore." She went on to claim that the cops threw her down the stairs, broke her wrist, and left her with contusions on her head... and that's just the tip of the iceberg!
Kelley also shared a video of herself getting arrested in Utah - which has fans freaking out! The clip shows her being taken away by police after allegedly making some concerning comments to her father and others. And get this: she was placed under an involuntary 5150 hold, which is usually reserved for individuals deemed a danger to themselves or others.
But here's the kicker: Kelley claims that she was taken from Sundance Resort on July 6th - and that Summit County Police Department was involved in her "involuntary hold" at Summit County Behavioral Health. However, when The Scholarly Note reached out to the department, they flat-out denied any involvement!
"We are aware of several photographs and social media posts circulating that inaccurately claim 'Summit County Police' responded to an incident at Sundance (Resort) on July 6, including allegations of a confrontation involving Summit County law enforcement," said a spokesperson. "Sundance Resort is not located within Summit County, and therefore, no law enforcement agency from Summit County, including the Summit County Sheriff’s Office , would be involved in incidents occurring there."
Meanwhile, Scott Wolf has been trying to distance himself from the drama. In June, he filed court documents asking for a restraining order against Kelley - just days after he submitted paperwork indicating his desire to divorce her!
As the drama unfolds, Kelley's inner circle is rallying around her. "It's so sad for the kids, but Kelley is ready to fight like hell for her children," an insider close to Kelley, a mental health professional, told The Scholarly Note.
