Shock Results: Gary Coleman's Ex-Wife Fails Lie Detector Test Over Murder Claims

Gary Coleman's ex-wife Shannon Price has taken a lie detector test to finally address wild rumors she murdered the star in 2010

SHOCKING TRUTH! Gary Coleman's Ex-Wife Shannon Price Takes Lie Detector Test - And The Results Are Jaw-Dropping!

Get ready for a wild ride, folks! In a bombshell new episode of A&E's "Lie Detector: Truth or Deception", Shannon Price, the ex-wife of beloved child star Gary Coleman, takes a lie detector test to put to rest years of rumors and speculation surrounding his mysterious death in 2010.

For those who may have forgotten, Gary Coleman, the pint-sized star of the hit sitcom "Diff'rent Strokes", died at just 42 years old after falling down the stairs at his home. The official cause of death was ruled an accident, but friends and family close to the couple have long suspected foul play - and pointed fingers at Price herself.

In new A&E series, Lie Detector: Truth or Deception, Price finally submits to a lie detector test with a former FBI agent to set the record straight - but is left stunned by the 'deceptive' results

In a dramatic and emotional premiere episode, Price, now 39, submits to a polygraph test administered by a former FBI agent to finally clear her name and put the rumors to rest. But as the results come in, it's clear that there's more to this story than meets the eye...

"I'm hoping for a good outcome," Price says nervously before taking the test. "Not everyone is perfect at taking a polygraph test, but I have a glimmer of hope that this will work out in my favor..."

The first question asked of Price was whether she had ever "struck" Coleman during their tumultuous relationship. Her answer? A resounding "no". But when the results come in, it's inconclusive - leaving everyone wondering what really went down.

Price was first asked if she had ever 'struck' Coleman during their relationship, to which she answered 'no.' The findings were inconclusive. Olivo (right) said: 'I'm not going to say that you passed that test, because you didn't.'

Next up: the question that would send shockwaves through the nation - did Price intentionally withhold proper aid from Coleman after his fall? Again, her answer is a firm "no", but the results are equally as ambiguous...

But then comes the final question that will leave you on the edge of your seat: Did Price physically cause Coleman's fall?

And in a stunning twist, the lie detector test reveals DECEPTION INDICATED.

She was then asked whether she 'intentionally withheld proper aid from Coleman in the aftermath of his fall' which she denied - the results were again inconclusive

The agent administering the test delivers the verdict: "You failed the exam regarding Gary's fall. There's two things I know for sure - one, you were not completely honest with me yesterday during this polygraph section... and two, there is more to this story that hasn't been told."

Price remains defiant, insisting she was "not surprised" by the results and maintaining her innocence in Coleman's death.

But as we delve deeper into the history of their troubled relationship, it becomes clear that there's a whole lot more to this story than just a simple lie detector test...

The bombshell final question saw Olivo ask if Price had 'physically caused Coleman¿s fall' to which she said she had not - but the lie detector found 'deception indicated.' Olivo said: ' You failed the exam regarding Gary's fall - pictured 20098

Coleman and Price's marriage was marked by domestic violence and turmoil, with multiple arrests for disorderly conduct and allegations of assault. And in the months leading up to his death, Coleman was so convinced that Price was plotting against him that he even tried to get a restraining order against her!

As one friend confides: "I think Price's actions speak volumes, and I don't have to say much more than that." Another close pal adds: "We were absolutely stumped because there were way too many questions with no answers..."

The two-hour premiere of "Lie Detector: Truth or Deception" airs July 10 at 9 p.m. ET on A&E - but will the truth finally be revealed? Tune in to find out!
