But don't worry, she's not going to be locked up anytime soon - she was released on the spot and will have to pay a fine by July 11. The fine? A whopping $20 for the first offense, with subsequent fines of $50 each.
This latest mishap is sure to raise eyebrows among Beador's fans and fellow Housewives, especially given her recent public apology to her daughters Sophie, Adeline, and Stella after her September DUI arrest.
