"If you've felt it, you know this to be true. We would not be here if we had anything to hide or if there had been any betrayal that occurred along the way. But Lochte isn't just sitting back and letting his ex-wife have the last word. Oh no! He's firing back with some serious sass of his own, telling The Scholarly Note.com that Kayla Rae is the one who wanted out in the first place.

"Kayla has blocked me on social media," he revealed. "She's the one that wanted this divorce in the first place and now she's playing this pity party." Zing!

And then there's the matter of his kids - Caiden, eight, and Liv, six. Lochte insists that Molly didn't take him away from his family, but rather, he chose to leave Kayla Rae and start a new chapter with his kindergarten teacher girlfriend.

"We got a divorce and I left," he said firmly. "I moved down the street because I wanted to be in my kids' lives and I will always be in my kids' lives."

"It's awesome being with her," Lochte gushed. "We're just living our best lives and having fun." And it seems like Molly feels the same way - telling The Scholarly Note.com that she's "extremely happy" with Ryan.
