Robbie Williams' £30 Million Miami Mansion: A Peek Inside the Lavish Beachfront Estate
ROBBIE WILLIAMS DITCHES HOLLYWOOD FOR GOOD? SINGER SPENDS £34 MILLION ON LUXURIOUS WATERFRONT MANSION IN MIAMI
Get ready for a juicy update on Robbie Williams' real estate adventures! The 51-year-old singer and his wife Ayda Field are reportedly trading in their Hollywood glamour for a luxurious waterfront mansion in Miami, splashing out a whopping £30 million on the lavish pad.
But that's not all - Robbie has also spent an additional £4 million on furniture, adjustments, and building renovations to make it the perfect family home. Talk about going all out!
According to The New York Post, Robbie hired Miami property developer Manny Angelo Varas to extend and perfect the home, which boasts an impressive seven bedrooms, 18-car garage, wine cellar, and its own dock directly onto the water. It's like something straight out of a fairy tale!
But don't worry, Robbie won't be leaving his love for music behind. The sprawling US property will feature functional spaces that could be used as a recording studio - perfect for when he's not on tour.
And get this - there are even plans for a floating padel court, which would be the first of its kind for a US home! Talk about being a trendsetter!
But where did this stunning mansion come from? Robbie reportedly bought it from Real Housewives of Miami star Dr Nicole Martin and her husband Anthony Lopez. And let's just say it's been a whirlwind few years for Robbie in terms of his real estate portfolio.
Just last year, he sold his LA mansion for £51.6 million ($65M) - making a handsome £12.3million profit in just over two years! He also parted ways with his Wiltshire home in 2022, selling it for a cool £6.75million.
But what's behind Robbie's seemingly hasty exit from the LA scene? Sources close to the singer claim that he and Ayda were "nowhere" in terms of finding a new place to live - until they stumbled upon this stunning Miami mansion.
"We're actually nowhere," Robbie told Australian radio hosts Kyle Sandilands and Jackie 'O' Henderson at the time. "We haven't got an abode right now, we've pretty much sold everywhere, we don't live anywhere and we're trying to figure it out."
But with four young children in tow - Teddy, 11, Charlie, nine, Coco, five, and Beau, three - it's no wonder Robbie is looking for a more stable base. "The four kids are constantly a Rubix Cube puzzle that we're trying to sort out because if they are schooled then they don't see me because I'm all over the place and if they are home-schooled then they have another set of things that are a problem," he explained.
And in 2014, Robbie revealed his desire to make the UK his permanent base after spending an extended period in the United States. "I love LA. The people and the weather are great but it's not England. It can't offer the same," he said at the time. "Things change when you're a dad - there are people to look after who are more important than yourself."
But for now, it seems Robbie is set on making Miami his new home sweet home. And we can't help but wonder what's next for this busy singer and his family.
By the way, have you heard about the buyer of Robbie's LA mansion? None other than Drake himself! The Canadian rapper paid a whopping $35-$50 million for the stunning property, which features 10 bedrooms and 22 bathrooms.
And it seems Robbie isn't the only one with big real estate plans. The new owner of his LA mansion is none other than Lapro Property Trust, a Sydney-based entity associated with Aussie billionaire Nick Molnar, co-founder of Afterpay. Talk about connections!
In another interesting twist, sources close to the sale revealed that Nick Molnar previously purchased Matthew Perry's Century City penthouse for £16.6M in 2021 - and sold it to Rihanna just two years later.
So what do you think? Is Robbie Williams really ditching Hollywood for good? Or is this just a clever ruse to get him out of the LA property market? Stay tuned for more updates on this juicy real estate drama!
