Rob Kardashian's Love Life: Eight Years After Blac Chyna, What's Next?
ROB KARDASHIAN SPILLS THE TEA ON HIS LOVE LIFE: "I'M NOT OUT HERE GOING ON DATES"
In a shocking revelation, Rob Kardashian has finally opened up about his love life in an explosive interview with his sister Khloe on her podcast Khloe in Wonder Land. The 38-year-old reality star revealed that he's been flying solo for the past eight years since welcoming his daughter Dream into the world.
For those who may have forgotten, Rob shares his little girl with his ex-fiancée Blac Chyna, with whom he starred on the short-lived reality show Rob and Chyna. The couple's split in 2017 was marred by a very public feud that played out in the courts, with both parties denying allegations of physical abuse.
Since then, Rob has been keeping a low profile, opting out of reality TV altogether and only rarely posting on his Instagram page. However, it seems he's finally ready to put himself back out there - sort of.
When asked about his love life, Rob confessed that although he's "dated" in the past, his relationships have never gotten serious because his "energy is just into Dream." He also revealed that he's been single for eight years, since his daughter was born, and doesn't see himself changing that anytime soon.
"I don't bring girls in the house. I don't have girls meet my daughter," Rob explained to Khloe. "That's very responsible of you," she replied, echoing sentiments from fans who chimed in with questions for Rob on her podcast.
It seems Rob is determined to keep his personal life private, even going so far as to call into the show rather than appearing in person like other guests. When asked if he was dating, Rob hedged his bets: "I just talk to people." Khloe couldn't help but tease him about it, saying: "You talk to a lot of people, Rob. People think – Rob might be a recluse, but let me tell you, Rob still gets around. It's wild. I've never seen anything like it. Teach me your ways!"
Rob laughed it off, admitting that he is good at talking to people, but sometimes finds it overwhelming: "I mean, I'm talking to too many people. I don't wanna be like that." He also hinted that his strict approach to dating might stem from a desire to protect his daughter: "I have a daughter. I'm trying to be a good example."
Khloe couldn't help but sympathize with her brother's situation, sharing her own experiences as a single mom to True and Tatum. The two siblings bonded over their shared struggles and responsibilities.
The news of Rob's single status comes after his ex-fiancée Blac Chyna announced her split from musician Derrick Milano earlier this month. Chyna has since spoken publicly about her journey towards becoming a born-again Christian, quitting OnlyFans, and overhauling her life.
In the same podcast episode where Khloe described herself as Dream's "third parent," she also confessed that she wasn't in touch with Chyna: "I do not have a relationship with Dream's mom. It's hard to have a relationship with someone when they sue you for hundreds of millions of dollars."
