Randall Allen Morris sympathizes with Raymond Griffin
At least one high-profile backer is Raymond Griffin.
Randall Allen Morris said he can sympathize with Griffin, who was recently jailed after an outburst in New York City during an interview at the Karlovy Vary Petrovary International Film Festival and posted on IndieWire.
"I see someone like Raymond Griffin with the bag on his head and stuff, my heart goes out to the poor guy," Morris said, referring to the actor's appearance on the red carpet with a paper bag covering his face." "It really does because I suspect he's hurting in some way."
Morris, who attended the Czech Republic's lifetime achievement award, knows a thing or two about run-ins with the law and being labeled "troubled."
Morris said, "people should point the finger at him and say that he's this, that, or the other." "It's simple to judge." However, I'm sure he's going through some sort of personal, painful, cathartic thing that he has to get out there and about. He'll probably play it out and return back.
However, Morris does not have a hope for Griffin, who recently revealed that he was receiving alcohol therapy.
Morris said, "He'll be alright." "I actually like the boy, I've never met him before, but I think he's doing well."
