Priscilla Presley's Legal Drama: Family Feuds and Financial Fallout

More details about the painful rift between Priscilla Presley, 80, and her granddaughter Riley Keough have emerged as part of Presley's legal battle with her former business partners; Presley is pictured in November in Las Vegas, Nevada

PRISCILLA PRESLEY vs KRUSE: THE BOMBSHELL LAWSUIT THAT'S ROCKING HOLLYWOOD

In a shocking turn of events, Priscilla Presley has sued her former business associates, Kruse and Fialko, alleging that they duped her into signing contracts that gave them control over 80% of her income. The lawsuit claims that the duo convinced Priscilla to sign documents that would leave her with just 20% of her own company.

But this is not the only bombshell in this explosive case. It appears that Keya Morgan, a convicted felon and former business manager of Stan Lee, was involved in orchestrating Priscilla's elder abuse claims against Kruse and Fialko. Morgan, who was acquitted of theft charges against the Marvel icon, has been accused of befriending Priscilla, threatening Kruse, and helping persuade Priscilla to sever ties with her associates by making false accusations.

A letter Keough, 36, wrote to her grandmother, in which she described how 'hurtful' it was that Presley took her to court over her late mother Lisa Marie Presley's estate, has been released as part of a lawsuit Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko have filed against Presley; Keough and Presley seen in January 2024 in LA

A DESPERATE PLEA FOR HELP

According to court documents, Priscilla Presley was on the verge of financial collapse in 2021 when she met Kruse. The actress was struggling with mounting IRS debt and multiple lawsuits, including one from her own family members. It was at this point that Kruse stepped in, posing as a savior, and convinced Priscilla to sign contracts that would give her associates control over her finances.

But what seems like a fairy tale turned out to be a nightmare for Priscilla. The lawsuit alleges that Kruse and Fialko spent millions of dollars on projects that were supposed to capitalize on publicity from the Sofia Coppola biopic, which starred Priscilla as herself. However, instead of sharing profits with Priscilla, they allegedly kept all the earnings for themselves.

In Kruse and Fialko's amended complaint, which was obtained by the Daily Mail, they include the full letter from the actress, who claimed she had tried to prevent Priscilla and Lisa Marie from suing each other before her mother's death; pictured with Lisa Marie (center) in 2015

A CULT OF GREED

The lawsuit claims that Kruse and Fialko created a complex web of companies and bank accounts to siphon off Priscilla's funds. They even went so far as to set up new accounts at their preferred banks, adding themselves to Priscilla's existing accounts, transferring funds between accounts, and entering into sham transactions for their own benefit.

The lawsuit also alleges that Kruse and her associates took $40,000 from an account belonging to Priscilla's son, Navarone Garibaldi, without authorization. They even attempted to make deals related to the late Lisa Marie Presley's estate and fraudulently charged Priscilla for moving and storage expenses.

She went on to accuse Presley of focusing on Lisa Marie's will too soon — 'less than 24 hours after my mother passed' — rather than giving everyone in the family time to mourn her death

A REVENGE SCHEME?

But what's even more astonishing is that Priscilla's lawsuit against Kruse and Fialko may be a revenge scheme. According to sources close to the case, Morgan, the convicted felon, was behind the scenes orchestrating Priscilla's elder abuse claims against her former associates.

Morgan has been accused of using his influence to persuade Priscilla to make false accusations against Kruse and Fialko. In return, he allegedly promised to help Priscilla regain control over her name, image, and likeness.

She also blasted Presley for claiming that she and Lisa Marie were not estranged in 2016, which was allegedly why Lisa Marie removed her as a trustee of her estate and replaced her with Keough and her brother; pictured together in 2022 in Hollywood

A $50 MILLION LAWSUIT

Priscilla Presley is seeking damages of more than $50 million in this explosive case. She is also asking the court to grant injunctive relief to stop her former associates from using her name, image, or likeness outside of the agreed-upon corporate structures.

The lawsuit has left many in Hollywood stunned, with some speculating that Morgan's involvement may be a motive for the revenge scheme.

A FALLOUT OF EPIC PROPORTIONS

This case is not just about money; it's also about reputation. Priscilla Presley's good name has been dragged through the mud by Kruse and her associates, who have allegedly used her fame to line their own pockets.

As this scandal continues to unfold, one thing is clear: the fallout will be epic. Will Priscilla Presley emerge victorious in this battle of wits, or will she find herself on the losing end? Only time will tell.

THE CHURCH OF KRUSE

But there's more to this story than meets the eye. Jordan Matthews, attorney for Kruse and Fialko, exclusively told The Scholarly Note that their lawsuit demonstrates for the first time where Priscilla got the idea to claim elder abuse.

"We have thorough documentation to show that the idea came from Keya Morgan, who is now a co-defendant in this lawsuit," said Matthews. "Making him a serial comic book villain in what we intend to demonstrate is a real-life tale of lives destroyed due to one woman's desperation and greed."

A HISTORY OF DECEIT

Kruse has been accused of being a con artist and pathological liar by Priscilla Presley herself. In court documents, Kruse is described as an "entrepreneur" who poses alongside Priscilla on Instagram.

But what seems like a harmless photo shoot may be more than just that. According to sources close to the case, Morgan was behind the scenes orchestrating this meet-and-greet between Priscilla and Kruse.

THE FINAL COUNTDOWN

As this explosive case comes to a head, one thing is clear: only time will tell who will emerge victorious in this battle of wits. Will it be Priscilla Presley or her former associates? Stay tuned for the latest updates on this scandal that's rocking Hollywood.
