ELVIS'S EX-WIFE PRISCILLA PRESCUT DOWN BY DAUGHTER LISA MARIE'S PARTNERS

In a jaw-dropping scandal, Priscilla Presley, 80, is being sued by her daughter Lisa Marie's business partners for allegedly exploiting the late rockstar's estate and pulling the plug on Lisa Marie's life support to gain control of Graceland. But that's not all - Priscilla has just released an excerpt from her upcoming memoir, revealing that Lisa Marie had lost the will to live after her son Benjamin committed suicide in 2020.

According to the heart-wrenching account, Lisa Marie "didn't want to be here anymore" after Benjamin's tragic death at the age of 27. Priscilla wrote that she would tell Lisa Marie, "You've got the twins. You have to take care of the twins," referring to Lisa Marie's twin children Finley and Harper, now 16. But despite her best efforts, Lisa Marie was struggling to cope with her grief.

Just three years after Benjamin's death, Lisa Marie herself died at the age of 54 due to complications from a weight-loss surgery she had undergone years earlier. Priscilla made the devastating decision to take her daughter off life support, but not before Lisa Marie suffered a cardiac arrest at her home in Calabasas, California.

In an exclusive excerpt from her memoir, Softly, As I Leave You: Life After Elvis, Priscilla recounts the agonizing moment she realized her daughter was gone. "I knew from the first moment I walked into Lisa's hospital room that she was already gone," she writes. "She was hooked to a machine that was breathing for her, and she had a heartbeat. There was little brain activity. Her spirit, always so vital, wasn't there."

But what Priscilla doesn't mention in her memoir is the bombshell lawsuit filed by Lisa Marie's business partners, Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, who claim that Priscilla "pulled the plug" on her daughter to regain control of Graceland and exploit Lisa Marie's estate.

Priscilla has candidly detailed the devastating moment she took Lisa off of life support

The suit alleges that Priscilla had been in severe financial distress when she approached Kruse and Fialko for help. Despite their efforts to revitalize her brand and stabilize her finances, Priscilla allegedly began to secretly undermine their ventures and exploit her Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) on her own.

The plaintiffs claim that Priscilla falsely claimed ownership of her NIL, despite selling the rights to the last name Presley and Graceland in 2005 for a staggering $6.5 million. They also allege that she "never disclosed" this deal to Kruse and Fialko and later claimed that she "forgot" about it.

The lawsuit seeks more than $50 million in damages, including punitive damages, along with injunctive relief to stop Priscilla from using her name, image or likeness outside of the "agreed upon corporate structures." But what's even more shocking is the revelation that Keya Morgan, a longtime friend and confidant of Priscilla's, was allegedly involved in sabotaging Kruse and Fialko's efforts.

The suit alleges that Presley 'ultimately wanted to control' her daughter¿s trust and Graceland' and that Lisa Marie had 'no desire to see or otherwise be near' her mother before they attended the 2023 Golden Globes in support of the Elvis biopic, two days before her death - pictured

According to court papers, Morgan befriended Priscilla after the settlement and helped persuade her to sever ties with Kruse and Fialko. The suit alleges that Morgan contacted Presley after the settlement saying that he could get the rights to her name, image and likeness back from Elvis Presley Enterprises.

Priscilla's lawyer, Jordan Matthews, exclusively told thescholarlynote.com: "Our lawsuit demonstrates for the first time where Priscilla got the idea to claim elder abuse. We have thorough documentation to show that the idea came from Keya Morgan, who is now a co-defendant in this lawsuit."

But Priscilla's team has fired back, accusing Kruse and Fialko of being "con artists" and "pathological liars." They claim that Priscilla was in dire financial need when she approached Kruse and Fialko for help and that they took advantage of her vulnerable situation.

The drama continues to unfold as the lawsuit makes its way through the courts. But one thing is certain - this scandal has left everyone in the entertainment industry talking, and it's anyone's guess what will happen next.

UPDATE: Priscilla Presley has released a statement denying all allegations made by Kruse and Fialko, calling them "baseless" and "unsubstantiated." She claims that she was simply trying to protect her daughter's estate from exploitation. But the drama continues to unfold as more details emerge about the alleged scheme.

Stay tuned for further updates on this juicy scandal!
