The Queen of Scandals: Priscilla Presley's $50 Million Lawsuit Exposes a Web of Deceit and Greed

In a bombshell lawsuit that has left the entertainment industry reeling, Priscilla Presley is facing accusations of pulling the plug on her daughter Lisa Marie's life support to gain control of the Presley estate. The 80-year-old widow of Elvis Presley has been hit with a $50 million lawsuit by former business partners Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, who claim she "masterminded" a scheme to defraud them and exploit her daughter's death.

According to the lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, Priscilla was aware that Lisa Marie was planning to remove her as the sole trustee of her irrevocable life insurance trust. The suit alleges that Priscilla ignored her daughter's Advanced Health Care Directive, which stated she wanted her life prolonged as long as possible in making end-of-life decisions. Instead, Priscilla allegedly "pulled the plug" within hours of Lisa being admitted to the hospital.

Elvis Presley's widow, 80, is being sued by former business partners Brigitte Kruse (pictured 2021) and Kevin Fialko, who allege she 'masterminded' a scheme to defraud them and exploited Lisa Marie's 2023 death - which Presley slammed as 'shameless and salacious'

The lawsuit claims that Priscilla was motivated by a desire to control Graceland and the Promenade Trust, which held significant assets. The suit alleges that she wanted to regain control over her daughter's trust and estate after Lisa Marie's death. "Priscilla knew that Lisa’s death neutralized the threat of Lisa’s efforts to have Priscilla removed as the sole trustee of Lisa’s irrevocable life insurance trust, and Priscilla ultimately wanted to control the Promenade Trust and Graceland," the suit claims.

The drama between Priscilla and her business partners began in 2022 when Kruse and Fialko allegedly helped stabilize Priscilla's finances after she was facing mounting IRS debt. The lawsuit claims that they restructured her finances, negotiated settlements, and increased her event profits from under $10,000 to as much as $50,000 per show.

However, things took a dark turn when Priscilla cut ties with Kruse and Fialko's company, Priscilla Presley Partners. The suit alleges that she began exploiting her Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) on her own, including high-profile appearances on NBC's Christmas at Graceland and comic conventions.

The suit alleges that Presley 'ultimately wanted to control' her daughter’s trust and Graceland' and that Lisa Marie had 'no desire to see or otherwise be near' her mother before they attended the 2023 Golden Globes in support of the Elvis biopic, two days before her death - pictured

The lawsuit also accuses Priscilla of taking funds from company bank accounts without authorization and diverting endorsement payments to herself. Kruse and Fialko are seeking more than $50 million in damages, including punitive damages, along with injunctive relief to stop Priscilla from using her name, image, or likeness outside of the agreed-upon corporate structures.

But that's not all - the lawsuit also alleges that Keya Morgan, a business manager who was previously acquitted of theft charges against Stan Lee, orchestrated Priscilla's elder abuse claims against Kruse and Fialko. "We have thorough documentation to show that the idea came from Keya Morgan," said Jordan Matthews, attorney for Kruse and Fialko.

The drama between Priscilla and her business partners has been ongoing since 2022. In July 2024, Priscilla accused Kruse, Fialko, Sislyan, and Walker Wright of financial elder abuse in a lawsuit, claiming they had "preyed on" her and stolen over $1 million from her.

The lawsuit also claimed that Kruse convinced Priscilla that her former financial advisors were either "deceitful or incompetent," before allegedly duping her into signing contracts and forming companies which allowed Kruse and her associates to get 80 percent of her income. The suit alleged that funds from the 2023 biopic Priscilla, starring Jacob Elordi and Cailee Spaeny, were also misappropriated.

In a statement to thescholarlynote.com, Priscilla's attorney Marty Singer called the lawsuit "shameful, ridiculous, salacious, and meritless." However, Kruse and Fialko's lawyer Jordan Matthews fired back, saying that the evidence will establish that the real victims here are his clients, who invested millions and years of hard work into revitalizing Priscilla Presley's brand.

The lawsuit has left many in the entertainment industry stunned. "This is a classic case of a mother who has been taken advantage of by her business partners," said a source close to the situation. "Priscilla was desperate for financial help, and Kruse and Fialko saw an opportunity to exploit her."

As the drama continues to unfold, one thing is clear: Priscilla Presley's reputation will be left in tatters if she loses this lawsuit. The question on everyone's mind is: what happened to Lisa Marie's trust fund? And who really stands to gain from this web of deceit and greed?
