Prince Harry Recalls Disney World Magic with Princess Diana and Shares New Family Memories

Prince Harry recalled 'losing it' over his excitement while visiting Disney World with his late mother Princess Diana and older brother Prince William

ROYAL SHOCKER: Prince Harry Reveals He Lost It Over His Excitement on a Magical Disney World Trip with Late Mother Princess Diana and Brother William!

In a shocking revelation, Prince Harry has finally opened up about his most cherished childhood memory - a magical trip to Disney World in 1993 with his late mother Princess Diana and older brother Prince William. The Duke of Sussex, now 41, couldn't contain his excitement as he shared the story on the popular American news program "20/20" special called "The Happiest Story On Earth: 70 Years Of Disneyland," which aired last Sunday.

Harry's visit to Disney World with his family was a pivotal moment in his childhood, and it seems like it still sends shivers down his spine. As he described the experience, he confessed that he lost control of himself amidst all the Disney characters. "I remember it very, very well. I remember losing it as a kid with all the characters. Like, losing it," he shared.

When he was eight-years-old, Harry joined his mother and brother on a trip to Disney World in Florida in 1993 (seen above bottom right, William bottom left, and Diana top left)

Meanwhile, his wife Meghan Markle, who joined him on the special, couldn't help but reminisce about her own childhood memories at Disneyland. Born and raised in Southern California, she had an unfair advantage of visiting the amusement park frequently. "It was more accessible to me because I was born and raised here," she explained, adding that it was still a massive treat for her.

Meghan also shared some amusing anecdotes from her high school days when she attended grad night at Disneyland with friends. However, she playfully downplayed the excitement by saying, "I don't even know why they let us do that." Her husband couldn't resist teasing her about it, jokingly asking if they could still attend such events in their 40s.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are well-known for their love of family vacations. Earlier this year, they took their two little ones - Archie, six, and Lilibet, four - to Disneyland to celebrate the birthday girl's special day. Harry shared some heartwarming moments from that trip on the "20/20" special, describing how his children were absolutely amazed by the magical experience.

'I remember it very, very well. I remember losing it as a kid with all the characters. Like, losing it,' he shared; seen on Saturday in Santa Barbara

"To see the kids throw themselves into these experiences when they have no idea what they're walking into - it was amazing," he said, beaming with pride. "And it brings out the kid in you again." He also revealed that they visited some of the most popular rides like Space Mountain and Dumbo the Flying Elephant.

The special also included some adorable behind-the-scenes footage from their Disneyland visit, which Meghan shared on Instagram earlier this month. The photos showed the happy family enjoying yummy treats, meeting Disney princess Elsa from Frozen, and even taking a ride on Star Wars troopers. Harry couldn't resist sharing a cheeky smile as he sat next to Lilibet on one of the rides.

Meghan captioned her post: "Thank you @disneyland for giving our family two days of pure joy!" The special also featured some A-list celebrities like Jamie Lee Curtis, Neil Patrick Harris, and Jon Favreau, who shared their own Disneyland experiences.

'They're like,

But that's not all - just a day after the special aired, Harry and Meghan made a surprise joint appearance at Kevin Costner's charity event in Santa Barbara. They mingled with other celebrities like Oprah Winfrey, and even took to the stage to address the crowd.

Their recent public appearances come on the heels of their reunion with King Charles for the first time in 18 months last month. However, it seems like the couple is focused on spreading joy rather than dwelling on past controversies. And who can blame them? After all, family vacations are the best way to create lifelong memories!
