Parasite Scare Strikes Again: Real Housewives Star's Health Drama

Another Real Housewives star has reportedly been infected with the same parasite that disfigured Brandi Glanville, 52 (pictured)

REAL HOUSEWIVES STAR VICKI GUNVALSON SPEWS THE TEA ON BRANDI GLANVILLE'S PARASITE PROBLEM

The drama just keeps on coming in the world of Real Housewives, folks! Vicki Gunvalson, the 63-year-old OG of The Real Housewives of Orange County, is spilling all the T about her co-star Brandi Glanville's ongoing health struggles. And let's just say it's getting juicy!

According to Gunvalson, who appeared on SiriusXM's Jeff Lewis Live last Friday, she and Glanville both contracted a parasite while filming Bravo's Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip in Morocco back in January 2023. But what's even more shocking is that Gunvalson claims Glanville has been dealing with the pesky little critter for FOUR YEARS NOW!

RHOC alum Vicki Gunvalson, 63, claims she caught the parasite while filming Bravo's Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip with Brandi in Morocco in January 2023; The two seen in 2022

"Brandi is in so much pain," Gunvalson revealed on the show. "She's got a very large parasite, and it moves! It goes into her mouth... it's bad." The reality star went on to explain that they all got sick while filming in Morocco, and it's been a real challenge for Glanville ever since.

But here's where things get even more interesting: Gunvalson claims she herself has also been suffering from some not-so-fun symptoms since returning from Morocco. "I've been feeling sluggish, I've got bloating, constipation... my stomach's always bloated," she confessed on the show. "I don't feel good."

Gunvalson even went so far as to share that her doctor told her that her gut is literally "loaded with parasites." Ouch! But don't worry, folks; Gunvalson has been taking matters into her own hands (or should we say, her colon?). She's been getting regular colonics treatments and popping some serious medicine like Duralax and Metamucil.

'We all got sick when we went to Morocco. It's been four years and Brandi¿s face ¿ she¿s got a parasite. It moves. It goes into her mouth. It¿s bad,' the reality star said

And guess what? It seems that the parasite party may have started on a certain breakfast buffet in Morocco. According to Gunvalson, there were FLY-covered food stations galore, and although she didn't eat from them herself, she's convinced that Glanville did... and it was all downhill from there!

Now, we know what you're thinking: "What about Brandi's diagnosis?" Well, as it turns out, Glanville has been seeking treatment for her condition outside of her health insurance plan – and she's shelled out over $113,000 so far! That's some serious cash for a beauty treatment (or should we say, parasite-treatment).

Cosmetic surgeon Dr. Terry Dubrow weighed in on the situation, too, saying that Glanville might be suffering from an infectious process or a foreign-body reaction – but he's convinced it ain't no parasite. Instead, he thinks she may have gotten something into her bloodstream and now has a "foreign body" seeding some serious problems.

Gunvalson said she herself been suffering from bloating, constipation, and feeling sluggish ever since returning from Morocco, and was told that her 'gut' is 'loaded with parasites'

But here's the kicker: Dr. Dubrow seems to think that Glanville might be ahead of her doctors on this one! He even suggested that she could require surgery to get rid of whatever is plaguing her – and we can't help but wonder if Brandi will take his advice (or her own, ahem).

Glanville has been vocal about her health struggles on social media, sharing updates on her treatment plan and expressing frustration with the lack of progress. She's even revealed that she's spent over $100,000 seeking answers – and still hasn't found a solution.

So there you have it, folks! It seems like we're in for a wild ride as these two Real Housewives stars navigate their way through the jungle of health issues and celebrity drama. Stay tuned!
