SCANDALOUS SECRETS EXPOSED!

Denise Richards, the stunning 54-year-old former Bond Girl and reality TV star, has revealed the shocking truth behind her tumultuous marriage to Aaron Phypers, her estranged second husband. In a bombshell move, Denise filed for a temporary domestic violence restraining order against Aaron, alleging that he became increasingly paranoid and abusive towards her.

According to documents obtained by The Scholarly Note.com, Denise claimed that Aaron's irrational behavior escalated in 2022 when he brought potted plants into his Malibu-based clinic, Q360 Club, convinced that they contained listening devices. This paranoia allegedly led him to lash out at Denise, striking her in the eye with the heel of his palm.

In legal docs obtained by People, the 54-year-old former Bond Girl claimed the unemployed 52-year-old 'became paranoid' that potted plants he brought into his since-shuttered clinic Q360 Club in Malibu 'contained listening devices' in 2022 (pictured in 2020)

But that was just the tip of the iceberg! Denise revealed that Aaron's abuse went far beyond physical violence. She accused him of uploading her private messages from her phone and laptop onto his own device while she slept, a move that left her feeling violated and terrified.

"It was like he was trying to control me," Denise wrote in her court filings. "He would scream at me, calling me names and threatening to 'break my jaw' if I didn't do what he wanted."

Denise also claimed that Aaron regularly threatened to "disappear" her if she called the police, a chilling warning that left her feeling trapped and helpless.

Denise alleged this behavior caused Aaron to strike her in the eye with the heel of his palm, and the shocking photos of her injury were unearthed Thursday (pictured in 2022)

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum recalled several instances where Aaron's abuse escalated into full-blown attacks. In one harrowing incident, Denise alleged that Aaron chased her down and grabbed both of her arms, pushing her to the ground and causing her immense pain.

But perhaps the most disturbing allegation came when Denise claimed that Aaron threatened to "steal my identity" by uploading her private messages without permission. This move left Denise feeling like she had lost control over her own life.

As The Scholarly Note.com can exclusively reveal, Denise is seeking a restraining order that would prohibit Aaron from using, delivering, copying, printing, or disclosing the contents of her laptop and cell phones. She is also requesting that he attend a 52-week batterer intervention program to address his abusive behavior.

Phypers - who has 'no income' - filed for divorce from Richards on July 7 after six years of marriage and requested spousal support of around $105K/month (pictured in 2023)

But what's perhaps most shocking is that Aaron has allegedly been suffering from financial woes, with no income to speak of. Despite this, he still managed to file for divorce from Denise in July, citing spousal support of around $105K per month.

The drama doesn't end there! Denise and Aaron originally met on the set of a reality TV show in 2017, just after his divorce from Nicollette Sheridan was finalized. Fast forward to 2022, when Denise filed for divorce, citing "irreconcilable differences."

But what about her past relationships? Well, Denise has two daughters, Sami and Lola Sheen, from her marriage to Charlie Sheen, which ended in a very public divorce in 2006. She also adopted Eloise Joni Richards in 2011 as a single parent.

The Denise Richards and Her Wild Things producer-star wants the Canadian-American to pay her legal expenses and any expenses related to the alleged abuse, and she requested that he attend a 52-week batterer intervention program (pictured May 17)

In the wake of this scandalous affair, Denise is refocusing on her career, with several projects in the works. Next up, she'll star in the teen horror flick What She Doesn't Know, which premieres at FrightFest London in August.

As The Scholarly Note.com can exclusively reveal, Denise has asked Aaron to pay her legal expenses and any expenses related to the alleged abuse. She's also requested that he remain 100 yards away from her, her home, vehicle, and place of work until their court hearing on August 8th.
