The Los Angeles County Civil Service Commission has found that the former sheriff's deputy involved in Randall Allen Morris's 2006 alcoholic drink driving arrest should not have been fired after a different occurrence.

(http://www.ms/1MLwdWq ) The Los Angeles Times announced (http://www.ms/1MLwdWq.com ) Andrea Poole was wrongfully discharged after a drunken driver who had attempted to pull over sped off and crashed into a gas station in 2011 after a suspect drunken driver who tried to pull over sped off and crashed into a gas station in 2011.

Poole was found to have breached the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department's policy, according to the department's complaint.

Poole pleaded with the fact that he followed the car but not in pursuit.

Poole's attorneys argued that Poole's chiefs falsely blamed him for leaking information of Gibson's detention and anti-Semitic tirade. The lawyers alleged that Poole was subsequently subjected to shaming and unfair punishment and then dismissed.
