Nicole Kidman's Teen Model Star: Sunday Rose Shines at NYFW

Sunday Rose Kidman Urban: The Nepo Baby Who's Stealing the Fashion World

In a season of stunning runway shows and A-list parties, one teen has emerged as the undisputed queen bee of New York Fashion Week: Sunday Rose Kidman Urban, Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban's 17-year-old daughter. With her enviable looks, effortless style, and an unapologetic "I'm here to slay" attitude, Sunday is making waves in the fashion world and leaving a trail of haters in her wake.

But don't let the criticism get you down – Sunday is unfazed by the online trolls who've taken to social media to mock her awkward catwalk debut at Paris Fashion Week last year. "She's trying so hard to look fierce but just looks like a petulant child stomping their feet," one snarky commentator quipped. But Sunday has clearly taken their words to heart, because she's now becoming a regular fixture on the fashion scene, attending two star-studded parties in one night and rubbing shoulders with A-listers.

Sunday was at the Fifth Avenue establishment for a party honoring an upcoming coffee table book called Chanel Haute Couture edited by Sofia Coppola

This week, the rising model made her way to Doubles, an exclusive Upper East Side club, where she was spotted mingling with Sofia Coppola's daughter Romy Mars at a bash honoring the upcoming coffee table book "Chanel Haute Couture," edited by none other than Lost in Translation director Sofia Coppola. Sunday's outfit of choice? Manhattan black, because, as we all know, less is often more.

But that was just the beginning – later that night, she strutted her stuff at the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) Official NYFW Kick Off Party in Rockefeller Center, wearing a custom Starbucks Siren Gown designed by Zac Posen and celebrity stylist Erin Walsh. The shimmering frock, which featured a green-to-blue color stream, was inspired by the coffee brand's logo – talk about branding!

And if you thought that was all for one night, think again – on September 5, Sunday was also on the guest list for the Miutine By Miu Miu fragrance party held at the Twenty Two hotel in Union Square. It's a wonder she didn't get lost in translation herself, given the number of A-listers and industry insiders she was rubbing shoulders with.

While making her way around the knees-up, Sunday mingled with Sofia's daughter Romy Mars, 18, whom she shares with her husband, French musician Thomas Mars

Sunday's catwalk debut for Miu Miu last October sent shockwaves through social media, with many declaring that she simply wasn't cut out for modeling. "Try painting or acting instead," one critic quipped. But Sunday is clearly not one to take criticism lying down – in fact, she seems to be taking it as a challenge.

And what about her parents? Sources close to the family reveal that Nicole Kidman was devastated by the online backlash against her daughter's debut. "Nicole was the same age as Sunday when she landed her first acting role and she was told back then to try something else," a source exclusively revealed to TheScholarlyNote.com. "She understands the criticism, but it also upsets her because she is reminded of the hell she went through when she got her start."

But don't worry – Nicole and Keith are fully behind their daughter's fashion pursuits. "Her advice to her daughter was the same advice she gives herself – do not read social media," a source revealed. "She will support her in whatever path she chooses." And it seems like Sunday is choosing the fashion world, one red carpet at a time.

At another point that evening, Sunday could be seen at the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) Official NYFW Kick Off Party in Rockefeller Center

As for Sunday's own take on the criticism? Well, let's just say she's not letting it get to her. In fact, she's embracing it – after all, when you're a nepo baby who's got everything going for her, why worry about what others think?
