Neighbor Nightmare: Alice Evans' Outburst Goes Viral on Ring Doorbell

In February, Alice Evans said she was being evicted from her LA home after being 'unable to pay her rent'

Celebrity Divorce Drama Reignites as Alice Evans's Neighbors Call Her "Out of Control"

The drama-filled life of actress Alice Evans continues to make headlines, and this time it's not just her highly publicized divorce from Ioan Gruffudd that's causing a stir. Sources close to the situation reveal that Evans has been at war with her neighbors in her new Los Angeles apartment complex, leaving them "beside themselves" and feeling "upset" by her behavior.

The 56-year-old star of 102 Dalmatians fame recently moved into a luxurious new pad in Encino, Los Angeles, with her two daughters, Ella and Elsie. However, it seems that the move hasn't brought much peace to Evans's life. In fact, she's been known to park her car in such a way that blocks her neighbors' ability to leave their own homes.

The couple formally divorced in July 2023. Here they are on the red carpet in 2016

But that's not all - insiders claim that Evans has been causing disturbances at all hours of the night, with one neighbor even being called out by Evans at 2:30 am for making too much noise. "Alice has been upsetting a lot of people in the block - it is getting out of control," says a source close to the situation.

The trouble began on July 11 when Evans was seen shouting at one of her neighbors through the Ring doorbell, demanding that she let her into their apartment building. The footage shows Evans looking furious as she calls the woman a "b*h" and a "scary old woman." The neighbor asks Evans what she wants, to which Evans responds, "You're trying to fck people's lives up, you want to fck people's lives up."

Evans goes on to claim that her neighbor has been harassing her and leaving notes on her car. However, when questioned about the notes, Evans simply becomes more aggressive, accusing her neighbor of being a "pain for everybody" and saying that "everybody hates you." The neighbor attempts to reason with Evans, telling her that she just wants to live in peace.

Appearing worse for wear, Ms Evans is seen calling one neighbour a ¿b***h¿ and a ¿scary old woman¿ in unseen Ring doorbell footage from July 11

The incident has left Evans's neighbors feeling frazzled and stressed. "Alice appears to have a particular issue with this one woman," says the source. "She really doesn't like her, and it's causing a lot of problems for people who had been living peacefully until her arrival."

This is just the latest in a string of dramas that Evans has faced since her split from Gruffudd in March 2021. The couple's divorce has been highly publicized, with both parties trading barbs on social media and in court filings.

In February, Evans revealed that she was facing eviction from their former home due to financial difficulties, despite receiving spousal support and maintenance for their children. She set up a GoFundMe page, which raised over $18,000, but later admitted that she was "so embarrassed" to have had to do so.

Just last month, Evans revealed that she and her daughters were safe and sound in their new home, thanks to the kindness of fans who donated to her fundraiser. However, it seems that she's still struggling to adjust to life after divorce, and is now taking out her frustrations on those around her.

As one source puts it, "Alice has a nice roof over her head now yet still she wants to carry on shouting at her neighbors. It's not fair. Others in the block are beside themselves and they have had enough."

The drama-filled life of Alice Evans continues to captivate fans, but it seems that some of those closest to her are starting to lose patience. Will this latest scandal be the final straw for Evans's neighbors - or will she manage to smooth things over with them? Only time will tell.
