NCIS Star Faces Grave Accusations: A Shocking Courtroom Testimony

Former NCIS actor Gabriel Olds stared into the camera during an earlier hearing on July 29 hearing over charges he raped and sexually abused a number of women between March 2017 and May 2022

NCIS Actor Gabriel Olds Accused of Raping Five Women: A Chilling Tale of Power and Deceit

The dark underbelly of Hollywood's glamour was exposed yesterday as actress Jane Doe #2 (JD2) took the stand against NCIS star Gabriel Olds, accusing him of a heinous crime that left her traumatized for life. The 53-year-old Yale graduate, known for his rugged good looks and dashing charm on screen, has been charged with multiple counts of rape, sodomy, and other graphic sex crimes committed between 2014 and 2023.

As JD2's searing testimony unfolded in Department 82 at the Airport Courthouse in Los Angeles, it became clear that Olds had a pattern of targeting vulnerable women, using his charisma and good looks to lure them into his web of deceit. The courtroom was filled with an eerie silence as JD2 recounted her harrowing experience, her voice trembling with emotion as she described how Olds allegedly choked her into unconsciousness and raped her twice at his Hollywood Hills home during a dinner date.

Olds, then 52, appeared disbelieving of his arrest in his August, 2024 booking photo

The 53-year-old woman, whose blonde hair was tied back in plaids, spoke of the initial attraction she felt towards Olds, who had pursued her aggressively during a two-day work conference for Yale graduates and entertainment industry workers. "He appeared normal," she said, but JD2 couldn't shake off the feeling that something was off. "Every time he spoke to me, I had a little voice in my head questioning his motives."

The evening of their ill-fated dinner date began innocently enough, with Olds picking her up at her car and walking her to his rented basement apartment in the Hollywood Hills. They sat on the sofa, enjoying takeout from a southern BBQ joint, but JD2 soon found herself trapped in a nightmare scenario. "Everything changed," she recounted, her voice barely above a whisper. "I was no longer a person; I was an object."

As Olds allegedly picked her up by her arms and moved her onto the bed, JD2 described feeling a sense of detachment, as if she were floating outside her body. She recalled being naked, lying on her back, with Olds in the process of raping her and choking her. "I never consented to any sexual relations," she emphasized.

Jane Doe #2 told a court of Olds: 'He appeared like any other middle aged person in the industry in Los Angeles.’

The assault, which lasted up to 10 minutes, was punctuated by JD2's grand mal seizure, a rare occurrence that left her limbs flailing uncontrollably. When she regained consciousness, Olds had climaxed and rolled off her onto his back, leaving JD2 frozen in terror. "I thought he was going to murder me," she said, her voice cracking with emotion.

In a chilling twist, Olds allegedly confessed to JD2 that he couldn't get an erection unless he was "dominating someone." He then raped her again, leaving JD2 feeling like she was trapped in a living nightmare. It wasn't until she managed to gather her clothes and escape that she realized the true horror of what had transpired.

The aftermath of the assault saw JD2 struggling to come to terms with what had happened. She confided in family members and friends, but they were dismissive, adding to her trauma. Olds, meanwhile, reached out to her two weeks later, acting as if everything was normal, and even suggested going on another date.

Under cross-examination by defense attorney Jeremy Babich, JD2 faced a series of uncomfortable questions, including one about whether Olds had suggested engaging in BDSM sex with him. "No!" she scoffed back, visibly shaken.

The hearing continues, with Olds being held on $3.5 million bail at the Los Angeles County Sheriff's North County Correctional Facility. If convicted, he could spend the rest of his life behind bars.

As the spotlight shines brightly on Hollywood's dark underbelly, it's clear that JD2's testimony has opened a Pandora's box of allegations against Olds. The question now is: how many other women will come forward to share their own harrowing stories?
