Natalie Zea Returns: Bikini, Fur Jacket, and a Lit Cigarette!
The Drama Queen Returns: Natalie Zea Bares All on Instagram After Two-Year Absence
It's official, folks! Hollywood siren Natalie Zea is back in action, and she's making a splash like never before. The gorgeous actress has returned to Instagram after an unexplained two-year hiatus, and her first post is giving us all the feels.
The Texas native, who bears an uncanny resemblance to Blake Lively, was spotted lounging by a swimming pool in Palm Springs, California, flaunting her curves in a skimpy bikini. The sultry snap showcases her toned physique, and let's just say she's still got it! The fur jacket falling off her shoulders only adds to the allure, while the lit cigarette in hand gives us a glimpse into her more relaxed side.
But what's really got everyone buzzing is Natalie's cheeky caption: "Available for corporate events, children’s parties and funerals. She’s back!" It seems she's not just returning to social media but also ready to take on new projects. And we can't help but wonder what's in store for her next.
Natalie has been keeping busy with her acting career, and it looks like she's got some exciting roles lined up. For those who may have missed out on her latest endeavors, let us fill you in. She recently wrapped up her stint as Jackie Nelson, an Emergency Department Nurse, on Chicago Med (Seasons 9-10). Before that, she was part of the thrilling time-travel series La Brea about a mysterious sink hole in Los Angeles.
But it's not just TV shows that have kept Natalie on our radar. Her impressive filmography boasts notable roles in Justified, The Following, and Californication, to name a few. And if you're wondering where she got her start, look no further than the NBC soap opera Passions from 1999 to 2008.
Now, we know what you're thinking: "What about Natalie's personal life?" Well, let us tell you – it's been quite the rollercoaster ride for this stunning couple. In a recent episode of their podcast, Passions For Life, Natalie and her husband, Travis Schuldt (star of Scrubs), shared some juicy behind-the-scenes secrets.
The pair first met while auditioning for Passions back in 1999, but it wasn't until 2003 that they started dating. They got engaged in 2013 and tied the knot in 2014, surrounded by friends and family. And just when you thought their love story couldn't get any sweeter, they welcomed daughter Reygan into their lives.
But what's really fascinating is the audition process for Passions – a journey that both Natalie and Travis have shared with us on their podcast. It turns out, both actors had to audition for various roles before landing their iconic parts. For Travis, it was his first major role at just 24 years old; he even landed a limo ride to the Sheraton in LA!
"I thought I'd made it!" he jokingly exclaimed. "I went out there just to prove I could do this." And prove it, he did! Natalie's experience, however, was quite different. She had to audition for Amanda, but things didn't go exactly as planned.
"After a grueling audition season in NYC, my agent called and said before you go home, there is this soap opera... I didn’t have a choice; I was desperate," Natalie revealed on the podcast. "I tested and did fine, I guess. They said they would tell me by X date, but it was a very long time."
As fate would have it, Natalie got another call to audition for Amanda about a year later. She decided to take a chance, and let's just say it paid off.
"I show up on set, and he is lifting hay bails naked from the waist up," Natalie reminisced about her first meeting with Travis. "It was so nice to see a friendly face, and we did the scene." And the rest, as they say, is history!
And if you were wondering how much these soap stars were paid back in the day, Travis spilled the beans: "$750 an episode" – which was quite a shock for him at the time.
Well, it looks like Natalie's back on our radar, and we couldn't be more thrilled. Stay tuned for what's next from this talented actress!
