Mark Wright Apologizes After 'Poor Taste' Post Amid Air India Crash Tragedy

Mark Wright has apologised after being slammed for 'poor taste' post about planes as at least 260 killed in horror Air India crash

SCANDALOUS POST EXPOSED!

Mark Wright, 38, has faced backlash for his insensitive post on social media just hours after the tragic Air India crash that left at least 260 people dead. The reality TV star and presenter took to Instagram to share a photo of himself, wife Michelle Keegan, and their baby daughter Palma posing in front of a private jet. But what made this post so egregious was his caption, which seemed to trivialize the devastating event that had just occurred.

"Just moments after take-off," Mark wrote alongside the image, before lamenting about the lack of legroom on standard planes. It's clear that Mark didn't have the faintest idea about the magnitude of tragedy that had unfolded in Ahmedabad, India. His post was met with swift backlash from followers who condemned his thoughtless behavior.

But what's even more shocking is that Mark had scheduled this post ahead of time, according to an apology statement he later released on Instagram Stories. "I have posts from a holiday that are on the scheduled setting, which go out on future days I have set them for," he explained. "It's a horrendous coincidence that today's post was on such a devastating day."

Mark went on to express his condolences to those affected by the tragedy and acknowledged that his post had caused offense. "My heart goes out to everyone who has been affected from today. I'm sorry for this mistake and any offence caused," he wrote.
