The Hollywood A-lister is back in the spotlight, and this time she's got her eyes on a retro sci-fi horror classic! Margot Robbie, 35, is reportedly in talks to star in Tim Burton's upcoming remake of "Attack of the Fifty Foot Woman," which has left fans buzzing with excitement.

According to sources close to the project, Margot would not only be taking on the lead role but also producing the film through her LuckyChap production company. This isn't the first time she's dabbled in producing; she'll soon be lending her expertise to an "Ocean's" prequel, which will star her and Ryan Gosling as parents of Danny (George Clooney) and Debbie Ocean (Sandra Bullock).

But back to Tim Burton's project - the original 1958 film follows a wealthy heiress who grows into a giant after an alien encounter and goes on to exact revenge on her cheating husband. Sounds like a recipe for disaster, right? Burton, 66, will be directing and producing this remake with Gone Girl author Gillian Flynn writing the script (or at least, she was until she dropped out due to other commitments).

The story takes a dramatic turn when Variety reveals that Flynn exited the project after penning a first draft of the screenplay. The producing team is now on the hunt for a new writer, but Margot's involvement would depend entirely on the final product.

MARGOT'S PARTAYING PROBLEMS

Meanwhile, Margot was spotted living her best life at Wayne Lineker's O Beach club in Ibiza, sipping shots with co-owner Tony Truman's daughter Kiki and looking like a total boss. We're talking aviator sunglasses, red and gold patterned headscarf - the whole shebang!

Tony gushed about the encounter, sharing a snap of the trio beaming together and writing: "When your daughter casually introduces you to a Hollywood A-lister @margotrobbieofficial... They both reacquainted there love of doing shots together."

Wayne Lineker, brother of footballer Gary Lineker, reshared the photo on his Instagram Story with an eye-roll emoji, but we're pretty sure he was just jealous.
