According to Officer Cervantes of the Los Angeles Police Department, "This morning, around 5:50 a.m., officers responded to the 11000 block of Ventura Bl for a nude man walking in the street. Upon arrival, the suspect charged at officers and was taken into custody."

The LAPD confirmed that numerous people in the Studio City neighborhood reported seeing Hill walking down the boulevard in nothing but white underwear and matching cowboy boots around 4 a.m. They claim he threw punches at the officers, prompting a use of force by the police, who forced him to the ground.
