Legal Battles & Allegations: Justin Baldoni's Response to Blake Lively's Claims

Blake Lively ballyhooed outing to the 18th annual CHANEL Tribeca Festival artists dinner after Justin Baldoni's defamation case against her was tossed was described as a 'false victory tour' by the lawyer representing Baldoni.

SCANDAL ALERT!

Blake Lively's "VICTORY TOUR" EXPOSED!

The drama continues to unfold as Justin Baldoni's $400 million lawsuit against Blake Lively, her husband Ryan Reynolds, and publicist Leslie Sloane has been DISMISSED! But don't think for a second that this means the end of the drama. In fact, the lawyer representing Baldoni is calling it a "FALSE VICTORY TOUR"!

Freedman spoke with TMZ Live on Tuesday, a day after a New York City judge scuttled a $400 million suit Baldoni filed accusing Lively and spouse Ryan Reynolds of defamation and extortion. Lively pictured Monday in NYC beaming after the case against her was dropped

So, what's going on? Well, let's start from the beginning. It all started when Blake Lively filed a complaint against Justin Baldoni, accusing him of sexual harassment during the production of a motion picture. But things took a turn for the worse when Baldoni sued Lively and her husband Ryan Reynolds for $400 million, alleging defamation and extortion!

Now, we know what you're thinking - how did this all go down? Well, according to Freedman, Baldoni's lawyer, it started with Blake Lively filing a complaint against him, which led to a series of events that ended up in court. "We got started because Blake Lively filed a CRD complaint and then walked over and filed a lawsuit," he explained. "Which accused some very good people of a smear campaign and accused a terrific young man of sexual harassment - both of which were completely untrue."

So, what's the real story here? Freedman spilled all the tea during an interview with TMZ Live, saying that evidence presented in early stages of litigation has been damning for Lively and Reynolds. "Look at the facts, look at what's been shown, look at the receipts, look at the video," he said.

It seems like Baldoni is trying to cover his tracks by claiming that Lively and her team are on a "FALSE VICTORY TOUR". But we're not buying it! The fact remains that Blake Lively has accused Justin Baldoni of sexual harassment, and that's not something to take lightly.

And let's not forget about the other parties involved in this drama-filled saga. Marvel Entertainment, LLC was also brought into the mix when Baldoni subpoenaed them to preserve documents related to a character called Nicepool, which he claimed was designed to mock him.

But don't worry, fans of the Avengers - it looks like Marvel is breathing a sigh of relief now that the lawsuit has been dismissed!

The Hollywood star radiated beauty and confidence on the June evening in the Big Apple

As for Blake Lively's statement on Monday, it seems like she's still standing strong after this whole ordeal. "Last week, I stood proudly alongside 19 organizations united in defending women's rights to speak up for their safety," she said. Like so many others, I've felt the pain of a retaliatory lawsuit, including the manufactured shame that tries to break us."

And don't even get her started on Justin Baldoni! "These women and organizations are sounding the alarm about his DARVO tactics, and the chilling effect they could have well beyond this case," she said.

So, what's next for Blake Lively? Well, it looks like she's gearing up for a deposition in June, where she'll face off against Justin Baldoni's team. We can't wait to see how that plays out!
