EXCLUSIVE: Kristin Cavallari Spills All About Her Harrowing First Pregnancy - From Faking It Till She Made It to a Doctor's Grave Concerns

Get ready for a dose of reality, folks! Former Hills starlet Kristin Cavallari has been dishing out the deets on her first pregnancy in an explosive new episode of her Let's Be Honest podcast. And let us tell you, it's a wild ride.

It all started when Kristin, now 38, went into labor two days earlier than expected with what she thought were "false contractions." But things quickly took a turn for the worse as the real contractions kicked in - and we're talking brutal, people! "The contractions were really bad, I have to say," Kristin revealed on her podcast. "I was like, 'I'm f*ing dying here!'"

The 38-year-old Hills star shared on her Let's Be Honest podcast on Tuesday that her provider was 'on edge' after she went to the hospital with contractions because hospital staff initially couldn't find her baby's heartbeat; pictured with son Camden in 2015 in Chicago

As she struggled through those grueling contractions, her then-husband Jay Cutler (now 42) tried to time them for her, but ultimately infuriated his pregnant wife by telling her they were too far apart to warrant a trip to the hospital. "I was like, 'F* off,' literally f* off," Kristin chuckled, recalling the tense moment.

Undeterred, she and Jay called their doctor for another opinion, which led to them heading to the hospital in a state of high anxiety. But what they didn't know at the time - and thank God for that - was that hospital staff had been struggling to detect Camden's heartbeat when Kristin first arrived.

"It turns out they couldn't find my baby's heartbeat," Kristin revealed, shaking her head in amazement. "I'm so glad Jay told me later because I would have been freaking the f* out if I knew."

And just to make things more intense, Kristin described feeling like she was being "ripped in half" during labor - even with an epidural in place. "The epidural doesn't completely block pain, it's not a complete numbing," she explained on her podcast. "You still have enough control to push the baby out."

Despite the pain and drama, Kristin gave birth to her healthy baby boy Camden (now 13) after just 20 minutes of active pushing. But we're guessing those ice packs were still firmly in place for a good while after!

In contrast, Kristin's subsequent pregnancies with sons Jaxon (11) and Saylor (9) were a breeze, thanks to being induced both times. "It was a pretty seamless experience," she said of her pregnancy with Jaxon. "I didn't have that intense feeling of my vajayjay ripping in two... I mean, it's a real thing, folks!"

She recalled getting angry with Jay after he said her contractions were too far apart to go to the hospital. She later described that the birth made it feel as if she was 'ripping in half'; pictured in 2015 in LA

But we're not done yet! Kristin also opened up about why she chose to be induced for Saylor's birth - and let's just say it had nothing to do with traffic jams. "I'm sorry, but I don't want to have a baby on Thanksgiving," she admitted. "I didn't want my mom in the delivery room... there was no one else I wanted to be with other than Jay at the time."

Fast forward to 2020 when Kristin and Jay split, and their divorce was finalized two years later. And as for that drama-filled first pregnancy? Well, let's just say it's a miracle Camden is still alive to tell the tale.
