The usually bubbly and vivacious Kristin Cavallari is dishing out some juicy deets about her love life on her podcast, Let's Be Honest. The Laguna Beach alum, 38, has been keeping it real with her fans, but this time she's getting candid about the lack of action in her sex life.

After her split from Mark Estes, 25, last year - which raised some eyebrows due to their 13-year age gap - Kristin has been focusing on herself. And honey, it shows! The Uncommon James founder is glowing and seems to have found a new sense of purpose.

But let's get back to the tea: Kristin revealed that she hasn't exactly been dating much this year. In fact, she confessed that her love life has been leaving something to be desired - and by "something," we mean everything! Patti agreed that coaches make great catches - after all, they're often in their 40s and possess that perfect blend of scruff, nice hair, and charisma. But Kristin knows there's a catch (no pun intended): "The problem is they work a lot."

We can't help but wonder if this is Kristin's way of saying she's looking for someone who's a little more established - or at least has a 9-to-5 job that doesn't require him to be on the road all the time.
