Kristen Doute Gives VPR Star Brittany Cartwright's New Boyfriend the Seal of Approval!

Get ready for a juicy update on one of reality TV's most dramatic love stories! Brittany Cartwright, 36, is reportedly smitten with someone new after her acrimonious split from ex-husband Jax Taylor. And we've got the tea!
According to close pal Kristen Doute, 42, Cartwright has met an amazing guy who makes her co-star beam with pride. "She's dated people during her single years since her ex-husband, and I have not approved of them," Doute dished to People (via TheScholarlyNote.com). "They've been fine, but not wonderful. This person is very wonderful and very cool. Very family-feeling."
But who is this mystery man? Unfortunately, Cartwright isn't spilling the beans just yet. However, we do know that he has at least one kid of his own, making him a great match for the Vanderpump Rules alum, who shares son Cruz, 3, with Taylor.
As fans may recall, Cartwright's marriage to Taylor was marred by allegations of abuse and explosive arguments. In a previous episode of The Valley reunion, she claimed that her ex-husband threw a coffee table at her during an "aggressive" argument, among other incidents. And, in part one of the reunion, she revealed a long list of alleged abuses hurled at her by Taylor.
But it seems like Cartwright is finally moving on from all the drama and has found someone who makes her happy. In fact, she recently shared with People (via TheScholarlyNote.com) that she's in a better place now. "I've been through so much," she said. "I want to focus on me."
Cartwright added that she wants to have fun with her friends and baby Cruz, and just enjoy life without the drama of her past relationship. "I'm excited to just have fun and explore this new me. Let go of the dead weight, let go of the drama and just enjoy my life and my family and my friends," she said.
But could Cartwright's mystery man be none other than Grammy winner Will Gittens, 33? The two were spotted together at a recent event, and Lala Kent, Cartwright's former VPR castmate, gave her seal of approval to the relationship on their Give Them Lala podcast in May. "I like it. And I like him. He's talented," she said.
Only time will tell if this new romance is the real deal for Cartwright, but one thing's for sure: she deserves all the happiness after going through such a tough time!
UPDATE: We've got another juicy tidbit! As fans know, Cartwright and Taylor split in February 2024, with her filing for divorce just months later. However, it looks like their split is still not finalized yet. Guess that's one more thing she can leave behind as she moves on to greener pastures!
