Since she stepped into the spotlight as a part of President Donald Trump 's inner circle, Kimberly Guilfoyle has drawn attention not only for her savvy media hosting, but also for her glamorous looks (pictured in 2025)

The Glamorous Guilfoyle: A Closer Look at the Former News Personality's Stunning Transformation

Kimberly Guilfoyle, a name that has been making headlines in recent months for her sharp wit, stunning looks, and high-profile relationships. As Donald Trump Jr.'s ex-fiancée and soon-to-be United States Ambassador to Greece, Guilfoyle has certainly captured the attention of many. But what's behind her radiant glow? Plastic surgeons and cosmetic injectors are weighing in on the possible enhancements that have contributed to her breathtaking beauty.

Guilfoyle, a 56-year-old California native with a long history in politics – she was married to Governor Gavin Newsom from 2001 to 2006 – has always been known for her captivating presence. However, recent months have seen her appearance come under intense scrutiny as rumors swirled about Donald Jr.'s alleged dissatisfaction with her style before he called off their engagement to marry Palm Beach socialite Bettina Anderson.

Earlier this month, she caught heat from critics who accused her of taking her revamped appearance too far, after she posted snaps from an event in Washington, D.C. (pictured in 2025)

The gossip mill was put into overdrive when Guilfoyle posted sultry snaps from a Washington D.C. event on Instagram, showcasing her chic, cropped leather jacket and silky black top. But it's not just the outfit that caught attention – many were left wondering if she had taken her beauty treatments to new heights with potential cosmetic injections.

As one would expect, the former news personality has been dogged by plastic surgery allegations in the past. However, according to Oregon-based board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Sean McNally, there's limited evidence to suggest that Guilfoyle has undergone major surgical procedures. "Looking at her pictures, I see no hard evidence for larger surgical procedures," Dr. McNally told The Scholarly Note exclusively.

However, the doctor did speculate about a possible mini facelift or neck intervention, noting that Guilfoyle's jawline appears remarkably smooth and youthful – especially considering her age and weight fluctuations. "There's a possibility of a neck or mini facelift given her jawline looks very good for her age," Dr. McNally explained.

Guilfoyle, who is the ex-fiancée of Donald Trump's son, Donald Trump Jr., has been seen all glammed up in Washington as of late, as she was confirmed this week to become the official United States Ambassador to Greece

But what about the telltale signs of Botox and fillers? Dr. McNally was quick to point out that Guilfoyle's cheeks and lips appear remarkably full, suggesting the use of cosmetic injections or fat grafting. "Her cheeks and lips have maintained a fullness that's most likely from filler or fat grafting," he said.

New York City-based Doctor of Nursing Practice and cosmetic injector Dr. Jodi Logerfo also weighed in on Guilfoyle's beauty routine, speculating about the use of biostimulators like Sculptra, hyaluronic acid fillers such as Teoxane RHA by Revance, and botulinum toxin like Daxxify.

But it doesn't stop there. Dr. McNally also suspected that Guilfoyle has undergone laser treatments to maintain her radiant skin tone and texture. "Even with makeup, you can tell her skin tone and texture is excellent," he noted. "This would require at a bare minimum a dialed-in skin care routine but I suspect she's also utilizing IPL and/or lasers for pigment and texture."

She was also married to California Governor Gavin Newsom from 2001 to 2006 - so she's no stranger to being in the public eye (pictured in 2007)

And let's not forget about the rumors of Guilfoyle's alleged affair with Donald Trump Jr. before their split. While we can't confirm these whispers, it's clear that Guilfoyle has always had a knack for making headlines.

As Dr. McNally so aptly put it: "I think that anyone in the spotlight prepares for it and works to maintain their results to put their best foot (and face) forward." With Guilfoyle soon set to take on her new diplomatic role as United States Ambassador to Greece, we can't help but wonder what other surprises await us.

One thing is certain – with Guilfoyle's stunning looks and high-profile connections, she'll undoubtedly continue to turn heads in the world of politics and beyond. But will she ever give up the secret behind her radiant glow? Only time (and a few strategically placed sources) will tell.

'Looking at her pictures, there¿s no hard evidence for larger surgical procedures,' Dr. McNally told Daily Mail exclusively, as Guilfoyle is seen her in 2025

New York City-based Doctor of Nursing Practice and cosmetic injector Dr. Jodi Logerfo also agreed that Guilfoyle could have had a number of injections (pictured in 2007)
