"There's a possibility of a neck or mini facelift given her jawline looks very good for her age," Dr. McNally explained.

"Her cheeks and lips have maintained a fullness that's most likely from filler or fat grafting," he said.

"Even with makeup, you can tell her skin tone and texture is excellent," he noted. "This would require at a bare minimum a dialed-in skin care routine but I suspect she's also utilizing IPL and/or lasers for pigment and texture."
