Kim Kardashian's Regret Over Not Defending Khloe in 'Insensitive' Interview
The Kardashian Sisters: A Decade of Gossipy Interviews and Wild Antics
In a shocking revelation, Kim Kardashian has confessed that she and her sisters could have done more to look out for each other amidst the grueling media scrutiny they faced during their early days in the public eye.
Appearing on Alex Cooper's popular podcast Call Her Daddy, Kim dished about the most insane interview questions she's ever been asked - including a cringeworthy 2011 chat with Joy Behar, where Khloe was body-shamed for not resembling her sisters Kourtney and Kim.
"I mean, I guess we didn't realize how hurtful it was at the time," Kim admitted. "We were just starting out in our careers, and we didn't know what to say or do."
The 44-year-old reality star recalled the infamous interview with Joy Behar on her show The Joy Behar Show (HLN), where Khloe was told she looked "different pretty" compared to Kourtney. "I mean, it's just crazy that they got away with asking such hurtful questions back then," Kim said.
In a surprising display of sass, Khloe fired back at Joy: "What does that mean for me? I look like a dog?" The 40-year-old reality star has since been praised for her "glow up" over the years.
But what's even more jaw-dropping is Kim's admission about her own wild past. She confessed to being "high on drugs" when she married music producer Damon Thomas in Las Vegas at just 19 years old. "I didn't even tell my family I was getting married," Kim revealed. "They found out about it online!"
The union lasted for four years, but Kim later described the marriage as a "bad mistake." She's also spoken candidly about her marriage to ex-husband Kanye West, describing it as "toxic."
In a more revealing segment of the podcast, Alex asked Kim about the wildest thing she's ever done after taking ecstasy (or Molly). "I think I got married in Vegas," she laughed. "But was that before or after I took it? I don't know!"
The Kardashian sisters have been at the center of countless scandals and gossipy interviews over the years, but Kim's candid chat with Alex Cooper offers a rare glimpse into their early days in the public eye.
With their empire built on reality TV shows, endorsement deals, and Instagram-fueled fame, the Kardashians have become household names. But as Kim revealed, there was a time when they were just starting out - and dealing with the harsh realities of life under a microscope.
