Khloé Kardashian Spills Tea on Weight Loss Journey: "I Was Expecting Judgment, But Not This Much!"
The drama! The intrigue! And, of course, the sizzling hot bikini bods! In a juicy new episode of her podcast, Khloé In Wonder Land, the reality TV queen dished out all the tea on how the public has reacted to her weight loss journey. And, honey, it's been a wild ride!
On the latest ep, Khloé sat down with fitness influencer Whitney Simmons and got real about being criticized for her appearance in the early days of her reality TV career. "The bigger I was, the more confident I was," she revealed. "I think because, like, what are you going to say about me? I know all the things you're going to say. I would have my days that I would feel low and all of that."
But when Khloé started her fitness journey and got in shape, the attention shifted. And not in a good way. "It was also a different type of attention I was now receiving," she shared. "And then once I got a little older, I was like, 'Wait, this is gross.' I hated that that's why I was getting more attention because I looked a certain way."
The Good American founder emphasized that with age comes wisdom – and also some serious body confidence! "I've learned, no matter what, I'm never going to make people happy because I was once bigger, I was thinner, and I had the same amount of people, but from different ends," she said.
And then there's the Instagram drama. Remember when Khloé showcased her toned bikini bod in April? The comments section went wild! While most fans praised her physique, some – okay, a lot – missed her curvy figure. "Make Khloe thick again," one social media user wrote. "I loved — and I mean loved — thick Khloe. She was my fave," another fan chimed in.
But Khloé isn't having it! In a sassy clapback, she hit back at the haters, saying, "I just aesthetically look a little different, or a lot different, whatever you want to say."
And let's not forget her workout regimen. Khloé starts her day with a 6am fitness session, which – no surprise – involves some serious heavy lifting (literally!). Her strict routine keeps her rock-hard figure looking fabulous.
